Challenge: The guest bathroom tile had not been properly sealed, which led to water staining over time. Solution: We coordinated directly with the vendor to source replacement tile and brought in a trusted subcontractor to ensure proper installation and sealing, preventing future issues and restoring the integrity of the space. Project Name: Monte Lindo | Key Feature: A Modern Transitional new build transformed from builder-grade into a unique, personality-driven home through curated furnishings, lighting, art, and mirrors. Challenge: COVID-related supply and delivery delays, along with limitations of working within a builder-grade home that restricted creativity in certain areas. Solution: The team elevated the space with thoughtfully selected furnishings, lighting, wallpaper, art, and mirrors, pushing the clients slightly outside their comfort zone to create a home that felt both comfortable and impressive. Solution: The home was refreshed with new furniture, updated lighting, and upgraded materials to give the space an entirely new feel while improving functionality and style throughout the interior and outdoor entertaining areas. A talented interior designer was ready for a complete redo of her 1980s style kitchen in Chappaqua. Although very spacious, she was looking for better storage and flow in the kitchen, so a smaller island with greater clearances were desired. Grey glazed cabinetry island balances the warm-toned cerused white oak perimeter cabinetry.
