Stain, seal, glaze and varnish 2 new raw pine replacement panels to match existing 10 year old cabinet panels. Panels had been installed and used in the kitchen for several weeks over the holidays, so the wood had been exposed to UV and naturally seasoned down before staining. There was no glaze on the backs so we were able to match the creamy white stain before sealing and glazing. Then just a little bit of a rosy toner before topcoating with an acrylic water-white clear conversion varnish

Riverfront home. We wanted to preserve, the beautiful, original, knotty pine paneling. The client has a very modern style. We selected cabinet doors with straighter lines, glass tile back splashes, and a custom, glass bar top. The back of the bar, has a free form piece of copper which is back lit. The copper color of the artwork, the wood tone of the knotty pine paneling, and the paprika & metallic gold color in the accent tiles tied all of those natural elements together. We used a knotty pine cabinet, stained green. This complimented the natural setting, of this home, and complimented the paneling in the kitchen.
