On this residential wine cellar refrigeration project, Wine Cellar Specialists utilized the room under the stairs. The slant ceiling and the tiny space were a challenge to them. The existing deck on the back of this house baked in the afternoon sun. The homeowners were looking to convert it into a screened porch they could enjoy. They also wanted the new porch to blend-in well and look like it had always been part of the house. We were able to accomplish that and create the “country” feel they wanted by using new board and batten siding on the interior along with a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams. Project Included: Examine existing foundation to confirm that it would support new structure Build new screened porch using “Screeneze” system for screening installation Install new siding and roofing to match the house as closely as possible New Azek decking in Brownstone New interior board and batten siding (Certainteed in Desert Tan) New maintenance-free Azek post wraps and Boral trim New Larson screen door

Medieval meets modern. This is a bathroom remodel for a condo in Seattle. Built new tub/shower, Moze blue glazed tile for shower with a smooth finish and tone variation, black brushed Schluter on niche and walls to protect and trim tile edges, herringbone marble tiles on the floor - shower and faucet in matte black. It’s definitely a relaxing and rejuvenating oasis for our customers.

Client removed inserts from wooden door and replaced with 4 individual leaded and stained glass panels allowing much need light into living area.

Was a big pleasure to turn this bachelor house into family home for a new weds! Tried between Shabby chic and modern to please both parties. calm colours, stone wall, wallpaper and painted wall mix. Modern bedroom, with additional storage space, organised and hotel look type!
