This restful retreat offers another tier of simplicity to an already serene Florida community. A unique wallcovering which has several different languages saying "hello" welcomes guests into the entry, as a geo-mosaic patterned print pulls them further into the living space. Deep, charcoal walls and earth-tone furnishings extend warmth throughout each of the existing rooms, serving to ground the contrasting white design elements, and magnify the frond silhouette wallpapers.

The building envelope was redesigned to provide a coherent architectural language through the use of vertical flat cedar siding, metal panels, and wooden rain screen elements. The pattern these three design tools create regularize the home's facade, providing the important function of both protecting the house from the seaside elements without impeding the magnificent ocean views the location has to offer.

This architectural project explores the bold aesthetics of industrial style, redefining the concept of luxury living in a downtown apartment. Embracing raw textures and rugged simplicity, the design makes a powerful statement through the extensive use of steel windows, which serve as the project's most distinctive feature, articulating a language of luxury that is strikingly unique.

The bathroom continues the same design language with large-format marble-style tiles, a glass walk-in shower, and a custom vanity with vertical wood detailing that adds warmth and texture. Clean geometry, hidden storage solutions, and premium materials come together to create a refined, modern urban interior that balances elegance and practicality.

This home speaks of serenity, modernity, and exceptional experiences. The design approach for this home can be stated as careful compartmentalization of spaces, keeping function in mind and amalgamating them together through appearance. The inconspicuous connectivity of spaces using all three planes; floor, walls, and ceiling throughout the home, the choice of purposeful colour tones, and the detailed elements full of character mark the language of this absolute modernistic apartment.

The AX table perfectly expresses the pursuit of essentialness: pure silhouettes and a geometric language are its distinguishing features, making it a simple and light-weight object, yet at the same time characterised by a solid shape. The name derives from the shape of the base, which is formed by two criss-crossed components an X.

More than a view it’s an experience. We transformed the rooftop of our new Santa Barbara project into a serene and sophisticated escape, curated with Minotti’s exquisite outdoor collection. Every element reflects Henne Creative’s signature design language where elegance meets functionality.
