K2 Interior DesignsThis project was featured in Midwest Home magazine as the winner of ASID Life in Color. The addition of a kitchen with custom shaker-style cabinetry and a large shiplap island is perfect for entertaining and hosting events for family and friends. Quartz counters that mimic the look of marble were chosen for their durability and ease of maintenance. Open shelving with brass sconces above the sink create a focal point for the large open space.
Putting a modern spin on the traditional nautical/coastal theme was a goal. We took the quintessential palette of navy and white and added pops of green, stylish patterns, and unexpected artwork to create a fresh bright space. Grasscloth on the back of the built in bookshelves and console table along with rattan and the bentwood side table add warm texture. Finishes and furnishings were selected with a practicality to fit their lifestyle and the connection to the outdoors. A large sectional along with the custom cocktail table in the living room area provide ample room for game night or a quiet evening watching movies with the kids.

Stock & Associates, Inc.Sitting in one of Capital Hill’s beautiful neighborhoods, the exterior of this residence portrays a
bungalow style home as from the Arts and Craft era. By adding a large dormer to east side of the house,
the street appeal was maintained which allowed for a large master suite to be added to the second
floor. As a result, the two guest bedrooms and bathroom were relocated to give to master suite the
space it needs. Although much renovation was done to the Federalist interior, the original charm was
kept by continuing the formal molding and other architectural details throughout the house. In addition
to opening up the stair to the entry and floor above, the sense of gained space was furthered by opening
up the kitchen to the dining room and remodeling the space to provide updated finishes and appliances
as well as custom cabinetry and a hutch. The main level also features an added powder room with a
beautiful black walnut vanity.

Patrice Munden Interior DesignOur goal in designing the interior of this newly-built home was to add in the personality of the homeowners. We learned from the clients what their favorite colors were and how they lived, entertained and relaxed. They loved the colors of Autumn and wanted them throughout the home. We did that by painting the walls warm, fall-colors and selecting furnishings that were cozy and comfortable. The entire home now has a color flow and an atmosphere of comfort that is appealing and the homeowners could not be more pleased with the results.

Coco Maison DesignWarm, sandy woods, espresso tones, and light plush fabrics come together exquisitely in this open and bright living room. Our goal was to give our clients a luxurious but relaxed style which is why we introduced light earth tones and pale blues.
Clean lines and symmetry are the fundamental elements of this design, so it was important to add in the right amount of texture. With the right textiles, warm organic elements, and artisanal lighting and decor, we created the home of our client's dreams.

The contrast between light and dark elements created the foundation for the design - using contemporary and traditional furnishings - while the rich royal blues make a showstopping presence.

We love the way the design turned out as well as how we were able to utilize the style, color palette, and materials of the El Salvadoran region!

Revival HouseMust-see in Minnetonka, MN! The goal of this project was create a more updated and functional space. It began with a new layout, a new hood and range, efficient windows, a more functional island, and plenty of custom-built Dura Supreme cabinetry along with drawer storage and a pantry next to the fully paneled refrigerator. The stunning Cambria countertop selection developed a comfortable and favorite breakfast spot, and the chic flooring ties the updated yet traditional in style look all together.
