Suite 100 is loaded with vintage experiences including a historic phonograph player and big band vinyl, a press for champagne button, the first “noiseless typewriter”, literature, games and a thoughtfully selected menu of delicacies and libations of the 40s.

The fireplace surround was updated to reflect the new clean traditional feel of the home. A white wood border and mantle with a black granite surround and hearth create an elegantly timeless space for the family to gather. The custom designed and built book case expertly presents the family’s collectibles and literature with specialty display lighting.

When Joe Germann founded Motorhead Extraordinaire in 2005, his shop was your typical motorhead shop – lots of hand-me-downs, "way too many" piles of junk, and always too much work going on. Make it an enjoyable place to hang out to swill a few beers and smoke a few good cigars! Mission accomplished. Joe added a 12' x 22' office addition and remodeled the existing garage/workshop area.
