This Chelsea loft is an example of making a smaller space go a long way. We needed to fit two offices, two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a den for TV watching, as well as two baths and a laundry room in only 1,350 square feet!

This modern kitchen maintains it's industrial feel by having the exposed brick as its backdrop. The warm honey tones of the white oak, mixed with the stainless steel appliances and white quartz creates a perfect space to showcase the original charm of this space. The accessory rails allow for storage, without covering up the amazing brick wall.

Our most recent modern farmhouse in the west Willamette Valley is what dream homes are made of. Named “Starry Night Ranch” by the homeowners, this 3 level, 4 bedroom custom home boasts of over 9,000 square feet of combined living, garage and outdoor spaces. Well versed in the custom home building process, the homeowners spent many hours partnering with both Shan Stassens of Winsome Construction and Buck Bailey Design to add in countless unique features, including a cross hatched cable rail system, a second story window that perfectly frames a view of Mt. Hood and an entryway cut-out to keep a specialty piece of furniture tucked out of the way. From whitewashed shiplap wall coverings to reclaimed wood sliding barn doors to mosaic tile and honed granite, this farmhouse-inspired space achieves a timeless appeal with both classic comfort and modern flair.

This 4,500-square-foot Soho Loft, a conjoined space on two floors of a converted Manhattan warehouse, was renovated and fitted with our custom cabinetry—making it a special project for us. We designed warm and sleek wood cabinetry and casework—lining the perimeter and opening up the rooms, allowing light and movement to flow freely deep into the space. Kitchen - industrial kitchen idea in Seattle

Project Radium Loft is a full home loft renovation in Atlanta, Georgia that transforms a historic industrial space into a refined, modern residence while preserving its original character. This comprehensive remodel balances exposed architecture with elevated finishes, creating a home that feels both authentic and intentionally designed. Original brick walls, timber columns, exposed ductwork, and wood ceilings were carefully retained to honor the building’s industrial roots. These elements are paired with custom millwork, tailored cabinetry, and layered lighting to soften the space and improve livability. Wide plank hardwood floors run throughout, enhancing continuity and warmth across the open layout. The heart of the home features a custom kitchen and bar area designed for entertaining, complete with charcoal cabinetry, brass accents, integrated appliances, and a striking glass wine display. Natural stone, textured tile, and warm wood tones add depth while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic. Living areas were thoughtfully reconfigured to create defined zones without compromising the openness that defines loft living. Custom built-ins, architectural lighting, and intentional furniture placement bring balance, function, and comfort to the space. Here in this space (one of three unique lofts) we designed a space that would appeal to the elegant professional. Our mission: Give these small spaces BIG CITY impact, a trending modern elegance, and a warm, "home" feeling.
