Our MOSS customers loved their Alexandria location, but, after years of living in the 405 square foot home, knew they wanted to add a significant amount of space to stay comfortable for the long term. MOSS worked with our customer to construct a “pop top” (essentially, an entire second floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) and push out the main floor of the home to give the homeowners a much larger 1183 square feet of living space (including a new kitchen and screened porch). Knowing that our customers wanted plenty of sunlight and also convenient spaces for their pets, MOSS worked with them to design the home to allow for large windows and features such as a a built in dog bowl faucet and doggy doors.

This young family had just moved to Washington State and was looking to create a long term home out of the house they purchased. One of the goals was to create a grand entryway where the living room was previously, increase master bathroom size and function throughout. We began by creating a new layout which revised the front living room by adding about 100 sqft to the front, expanding the office, relocating a powder bathroom, expanding the kitchen footprint, and entirely reconfiguring the master bathroom and bedroom. From there, we honed in on materials that felt welcoming and warm while making sure to keep the space nice and bright as the home is surrounded by evergreens. The happy family is now able to enjoy their modified space which suites their needs better than the previous layout.

Bolzan Letti was founded in the 90s by the family Bolzan and, despite maintaining its craft character and dimension, by the year 2000 the company had already developed into an industrial enterprise, integrating the craftsmanship know-how with a modern mechanization. The key word of Bolzan’s identity is “Made in Italy”. What sets Bolzan Letti apart in terms of production is the capability of combining tradition and technology. Our products are craft-finished up to the apparently insignificant details, using the technological solutions offered by industry, in order to guarantee the highest quality, strictly and genuinely made in Italy: that means good-looking, comfortable and long-lasting furniture.

Designed for both comfort and convenience, this marble-clad shower features dual showerheads—including a ceiling-mounted rain head and an adjustable handheld fixture. Natural light pours in through a large skylight above, enhancing the soft veining of the honed Carrara marble tile. A built-in bench provides seating, while sleek grab bars ensure safety and ease of movement. The framed mosaic inset adds a decorative focal point without overpowering the clean lines of this accessible, modern shower design. This layout is ideal for homeowners prioritizing style, wellness, and long-term usability.

Set along a 25-acre nature preserve, this project transforms an existing structure into a refined extension of a family home. Zoning constraints sparked creative reuse, resulting in a light-filled program of guest suites, office, indoor basketball court, and gathering spaces—all within the original foundation. Thoughtful material choices, passive strategies, and respect for site ecology shape a serene, sustainable compound that fosters family connection while supporting wellness, flexibility, and long-term resilience. The new structure was intentionally secondary to the main house, maintaining a clear hierarchy while expanding spatial and functional possibilities.

Designed for advanced security and long-term durability, this custom-made mahogany exterior door incorporates a high-quality 3-point locking system, impact-resistant textured glass, and superior structural performance for a residence in Palm City, Florida. The system is complemented by a sophisticated 2-1/4" oil-finished dark lock cylinder, adding a refined contemporary aesthetic and reliable functionality.

Our customers live on a beautiful and quiet cul-de-sac in Falls Church. As the original owners of their home, they knew that eventually they would want to remodel their large unfinished basement. After enjoying their home for several years, they chose to partner with MOSS to take their space and create the basement of their dreams. They had many ideas and thoughts for what the space might look like, to which our team listened carefully, and used that inspiration to design and construct the ideal finished product for them.
Our homeowners envisioned a space that could be multi-purpose for all ages to enjoy. The result is a cozy family room area with a massive central fireplace and television, a small bar with sink and dishwasher, a large guest bedroom and bathroom for long-term visitors, a private exercise room, and a generous entrance to the outdoor patio.
