Bar room view of a custom 1500 gallon reef aquarium integrated into this contemporary Red Bank, NJ residence.
Designed as a large-scale architectural focal point within the home, the aquarium was positioned to create dramatic viewing perspectives from multiple living areas while maintaining clean integration within the surrounding architecture and millwork.
Large custom aquarium systems of this scale require extensive planning between structural support, filtration design, plumbing systems, lighting coordination, equipment accessibility, and long-term maintenance considerations prior to installation.
The completed system functions as both a living reef ecosystem and a major architectural centerpiece within the residence.
Custom aquarium design, fabrication coordination, installation, and ongoing maintenance by Aqua Creations.

Complete Home Remodel + Addition
This San Marino home was taken down to the studs and completely reimagined. We added approximately 72 square feet in the primary bedroom to accommodate a new walk-in closet and larger bathroom, reconfigured the original hallway bath into two new bathrooms (a hallway bath + a kids' en suite), and removed select load-bearing walls to create a more open connection between the kitchen, dining, and living areas all while still maintaining defined spaces.
The home received all new electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, and flooring throughout, along with 23 new Andersen windows, relocated and upgraded mechanical systems, and a fresh exterior paint finish. A full top-to-bottom remodel designed for a growing family and long-term value.

This West Seattle specialties project was driven by an older couple’s vision to create an ADA-friendly DADU for future aging in place. Owning multiple homes in the area, their goal was to complete the build while they were still working and bringing in income, allowing them to rent out the space for additional income until retirement.
The thoughtfully designed DADU features an attached garage with convenient alley access, ensuring easy entry. A wheelchair ramp and an open floor plan provide accessibility and seamless navigation, prioritizing comfort and mobility. The space was carefully crafted to serve as their primary residence in the future, combining functionality with long-term independence while offering rental income flexibility in the meantime.

Problem: Homeowners had a leak in their smelly, damp basement
Solution: Problem solved... and fresh, beautiful living spaces were created!
"The homeowners called us to fix a leak in their basement... which turned out to be a backed up drain, caused by a crack in an obsolete drain tile, and two leaks in their foundation... it sort of snowballed," says Bryan Ogle, owner of Ogle Construction and Maintenance Services.
With small children in the home, the couple decided to invest in solving the problem with a long-
term solution. They wanted to make the basement safe and comfortable for their young family.
After the drain tile was fixed, the entire area was reinsulated, and finished with new sheetrock, trim, carpet and lighting. The electrical system was updated and a new laundry room (with loads of storage), bedroom and family room were created in the space. What was once a damp, smelly basement (with a dehumidifier running constantly) is now a fresh, clean living space for the family to enjoy.

Kyra Construction completed this 970 sq ft home addition in Los Angeles to improve comfort, flow, and long-term functionality. The project was planned with 3D design and managed from permits through construction and final finishes.
The addition included a new master bedroom and full master bathroom, while the existing home was upgraded with a kitchen expansion, laundry relocation, a new guest bathroom, and new flooring throughout the entire house. The result is a seamless expansion that modernized the home and added valuable, livable space.
