This thoughtfully finished lower level was designed to maximize flexibility, comfort, and long-term livability while maintaining a clean, cohesive aesthetic that complements the rest of the home.
At the heart of the space is an open recreation and media area, featuring plush carpeting, recessed lighting, and a neutral color palette that keeps the rooms feeling bright and expansive. The layout allows for multiple zones—perfect for movie nights, casual entertaining, or quiet relaxation—without sacrificing flow or openness.
Private bedrooms offer welcoming guest accommodations, finished with soft carpeting, custom window treatments, and layered lighting that creates a calm, retreat-like atmosphere. Each room feels intentional and well-proportioned, making them ideal for extended stays or multi-purpose use.
The bathrooms blend modern simplicity with everyday functionality. Clean-lined vanities, quartz countertops, and contemporary fixtures are paired with tiled shower surrounds and integrated niches for a streamlined look. Glass enclosures and thoughtful lighting choices elevate the spaces while keeping maintenance practical.
A custom wet bar and serving area adds convenience and versatility, featuring cabinetry with warm wood tones and ample storage—ideal for entertaining or creating a secondary gathering point within the lower level.
Throughout the space, careful attention was given to lighting, circulation, and material continuity. The result is a lower level that feels bright, finished, and fully integrated into the home—designed not as an afterthought, but as a true extension of everyday living.

We recently completed a custom 900 sq. ft. ADU in San Gabriel for a young family seeking to maximize the potential of their property with a smart, functional living space. Designed from the ground up, this unit features three bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a bright and open-concept kitchen and living room, and a dedicated laundry area, all thoughtfully laid out to maximize the compact footprint.
Every inch of the space was carefully considered for modern family living. Large windows and vaulted ceilings were incorporated to enhance volume and natural light, while finishes were selected for both durability and style. The kitchen features clean lines and ample storage, creating a practical hub for day-to-day life. Throughout the ADU, we focused on high-function design that feels spacious, comfortable, and move-in ready.
This project reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality builds that meet the needs of growing families while adding long-term value to the property. We’re proud to have partnered with our clients to bring their vision to life.

This Englewood, Colorado project is a fully featured outdoor living space designed for entertaining, comfort, and year-round enjoyment. The expansive deck includes a covered structure that anchors the space while allowing for seamless integration of multiple functional zones. Brick accents and custom detailing add visual depth and a refined finish, creating an outdoor environment that feels both substantial and inviting.
At the heart of the deck is a complete outdoor kitchen with bar seating, providing a natural gathering point for hosting and casual dining. An outdoor fireplace, paired with integrated heating elements, extends usability well beyond the warmer months, while an outdoor television creates a true open-air living room experience. These features work together to make the deck equally suited for large gatherings or relaxed evenings at home.
Thoughtfully designed lighting plays a key role throughout the project, with overhead lighting, accent lighting, and lighted stairs enhancing both safety and ambiance. Each element was carefully planned to balance functionality with atmosphere, resulting in a premier outdoor deck that delivers comfort, style, and long-term value. This Englewood project exemplifies a complete outdoor living solution built to elevate everyday living and entertaining.

Nestled under 150 year old pecan and oak trees, we carefully and thoughtfully preserved and restored this rare 1928 Federal Style Craftsman near downtown Atlanta, while adding a new 2 story, 1,000 sf addition in the back. The addition, like the house boasts, 10 foot ceilings, yet is sited in a way to seamlessly blend with the original house, without dominating the unique original structure.
