Inspiration for a mid-sized coastal gender-neutral medium tone wood floor kids' room remodel in San Diego with white walls

This second-story addition to an already 'picture perfect' Naples home presented many challenges. The main tension between adding the many 'must haves' the client wanted on their second floor, but at the same time not overwhelming the first floor. Working with David Benner of Safety Harbor Builders was key in the design and construction process – keeping the critical aesthetic elements in check. The owners were very 'detail oriented' and actively involved throughout the process. The result was adding 924 sq ft to the 1,600 sq ft home, with the addition of a large Bonus/Game Room, Guest Suite, 1-1/2 Baths and Laundry. Inspired by elegance and simplicity the Portland collection is on trend with today's decor. The clear organza hardback shade with light gray trim encases the candelabras that emit a soft glow making any room visually appealing. The Brushed Nickel finish completes the look where fashion meets form. Also available in a Western Bronze finish and a complementing light amber organza hardback shade with bronze trim.

Complete bathroom remodel. this project was taken down to the studs. Custom design vanity with spa tower which incorporates a styling tools drawer, shallow makeup drawers and plenty of functional storage. To reduce waster space under the sink we made the cabinet below more shallow in order to have a drawer below which will optimize usable storage space.
