We use a variety of character rich lumber to ensure that one of a kind look in every piece. Each one of our pieces is hand selected by one of our team members to ensure the highest quality lumber is used. Note: Lumber is a natural product. Please allow for variation between each of our products. Knotts, grain pattern and color will vary slightly on each build. Shipping: Each of our items is shipped through standard freight and will require a signature at the time of delivery. Some of our larger items will come disassembled and may require some simple assembly. Our items that require some assembly will have that listed in the description as a disclosure before purchasing. Shipping dates and times can be worked out to accommodate our clients schedules. Our Freight carriers deliver you package curbside and each package requires a recipients signature. Freight carriers do not assist with carrying the packages into your house. Getting the package inside is the buyers responsibility. Damaged Freight: We work with each of our customers to ensure that our products get to their destination without damage. Please inspect the crate upon arrival. If anything appears to have minor damage from transit, please notate that on the delivery ticket before signing. Make a note of how/where the crate was damaged. If the crate/vanity looks to be heavily damaged past the point of being usable, please refuse the crate and DO NOT SIGN. Failure to notate damages on delivery ticket may result in additional shipping fees that the buyer will be responsible for if vanity needs to be serviced/returned. Our clients’ beautiful island home has a deep relationship to nature. Every room in the house is oriented toward the Lake Washington. My favorite part of the design process was seeking to create a seamless feel between indoors and out. We chose a neutral and monochromatic palette, so as to not deflect from the beauty outside. Also the interior living spaces being anchored by two massive stone fireplaces - that we decided to preserve - we incorporated both rustic and modern elements in unexpected ways that worked seamlessly. We combined unpretentious, luxurious minimalism with woodsy touches resulting in sophisticated and livable interiors.

He was drawn to a design / build approach because although he has great design taste, as a busy professional he didn’t have the time or energy to manage every detail involved in a home remodel. The property had been used as a rental unit and was in need of TLC. By bringing us onto the project during the purchase we were able to help assess the true condition of the home. Built in 1976, the 894 sq. ft. home had extensive termite and dry rot damage from years of neglect. The project required us to reframe the home from the inside out. To design a space that your client will love you really need to spend time getting to know them. Our client enjoys entertaining small groups. He has a custom turntable and considers himself a mixologist. We opened up the space, space-planning for his custom turntable, to make it ideal for entertaining. The wood floor is reclaimed wood from manufacturing facilities. The reframing work also allowed us to make the roof a deck with an ocean view. The home is now a blend of the latest design trends and vintage elements and our client couldn’t be happier! The Wagner's were looking to update their outdated kitchen into a more contemporary space. They met with our designer to start the planning process. We demolished their original kitchen and installed new semi custom cabinetry. Absolute Black granite countertops were installed. Customer provided the tile and grout, which we installed. New appliances were bought and supplied by customer. No new floor. Complete kitchen transformation.

The selections from various manufacturers include a Hancock and Moore leather sofa, wood chairs by Lexington, Tommy Bahama Collection, 2 High-back swivel chairs in a neutral fabric by Century, and Palecek petrified wood waterfall tables on hand-hammered wrought iron bases in a bronze finish and branch floor lamp. A Global View two-drawer chest with inn pulls separates the century swivels. Everything works in unison to create a whimsical yet rustic feel. Many of the clients personal items were included in the design process to make this space unique and interesting. The antique bench makes a perfect coffee table. The hide rug adds interest and sets wood-encased swivel chairs apart and the wheel end table brings in a "Motor City" influence. It can be placed in front of or behind the chairs in this design. The exceptional, custom-built Rough Sawn wood bookcase by Harborview Building of Petoskey, houses a 60" TV behind sliding barn doors on Aspen black-iron hardware. The added beams and frames to display an antique postcard collection, add warmth to this large space surrounded by windows. Two pillows in hide on the sofa and with sewn-on embellishments on the Century swivel, high-back chairs complete the look. Neutrals have been contrasted with a patterned Loloi (Hermitage Tobacco) rug to add a splash of color and highlight different finishes throughout the room. As a bonus, this patterned rug will hide just about anything. While landscaping surrounds the stone so that no further issues will occur, the damage done was impossible to reverse safely with cleaning. Stone veneer cannot be pressure washed or chemically washed without damaging it. A safe rinse with water or soft brush did not help.
