Bathroom - modern bathroom idea

Tucked into the hillsides of Marin, the environment played a predominant role in defining the contemporary yet exotic style of this home. In the master bedroom, a fireplace adds a cozy design element, while an inconspicuous home theater system can be elegantly tucked away when not in use. In the master bathroom, pebbled stone tile adorn the walls of the double shower that overlooks the hillsides of Marin. A guest bathroom was designed to compliment the eclectic aesthetic of the home. While in the center of the residence, a spiral acrylic staircase climbs 3 floors acting as a consistent element, tying together the varied yet complementary styles.

"The Marin lounge collection embodies both relaxation and sophistication, with a slim mid-century design and a gentle recline. This is no regular outdoor seating - an indoor foam core means you'll get the same comfort you'd expect from a regular sofa, but protected by an internal waterproof barrier, and weather- and UV-resistant Sunbrella upholstery without. The aluminum frame is sourced from the most durable raw materials, then treated with a 5-step powder coating process which provides excellent protection against corrosion and the outdoor elements while retaining a velvety smooth finish.

Dining room - contemporary dining room idea

Lagoon-side property in the Bel Marin Keys, Novato, CA. Entertaining and enjoying the views were a primary design goal for this project along with replacing the lawn with CA native and low water plants and a total renovation. The project includes a large camaru deck with built-in seating. The concrete steps and pavers lead down to the water's edge. I included a sunken patio on one side and a beautiful Buddha statue on the other, surrounded by succulents and other low-water, contemporary plantings.
