The room exudes luxury with the marble tub surround, countertops, and floors. Most designers would defer to the default choice of placing the tub parallel to the window, directly in the middle. The creative departure here was twofold: the tub is angled so the bather can face the corner view; and a set of storage cabinets facing both outward into the room as well as toward the tub, establishes a unique asymmetrical arrangement. Faucet controls are conveniently located on an easy-to-reach marble ledge. Aside from the tub platform cabinets and handy countertop, additional storage is found in the sizable double vanity on one side of the room containing an abundance of drawers. On the opposite wall is a grooming area (with more drawers!) featuring practical tri-view mirrors, allowing a 360 degree view of your finished look. Cabinetry enhances the serene environment with its light rift-cut white oak slab fronts. Unobtrusive finger pulls avoid distraction, while LED strip lighting is another sleek touch. When our clients came to us, their master bathroom was doing them no favors. An awkwardly oversized corner tub that hadn't seen a bubble bath in years, a shower barely large enough to turn around in, and a color palette best described as "contractor default." The bones were there — a generously sized footprint — but the space had zero personality and even less function. Our first move was rethinking how the square footage was being used. Out went the hulking corner tub, and in its place: a spa-worthy walk-in shower that finally earns the space it occupies. Classic white subway tile with soft gray grout lines gives it a timeless foundation, while dual showerheads — a traditional wall-mount and a ceiling-mounted rain shower — turn every morning into something worth waking up for. Built-in niches keep everything organized without interrupting the clean aesthetic. The commode room got a full character transplant. Wainscoting grounds the space with architectural detail, while a custom nautical map wallcovering wraps the room in something deeply personal — a curated cartographic love letter to the waterways and places that matter most to this family. The addition of a traditional pedestal bidet elevates both the function and the feeling of the space. Back in the main bathroom, the clients' personality finally has a place to live. A bold, saturated blue on the custom double vanity cabinetry makes an unapologetic statement — the kind that makes you smile every time you walk in. Wall-mounted brushed nickel faucets and coordinating hardware keep the look polished and cohesive throughout. A heated towel rack and radiant heated floors are the quiet luxuries that tip this bathroom from "really nice" into "I never want to leave." New windows flood the space with natural light, making the already generous footprint feel even more expansive and bringing out the best in every finish and material choice. The result is a bathroom that works as hard as it looks good — and one that finally, unmistakably, feels like them.

Hasan Ali's Apartment Interior Design – Pallabi, Mirpur, BD InteriorArt Ltd is currently completing a 1,748 sqft residential interior design and renovation project for Mr. Hasan Ali in Pallabi, Mirpur — one of Dhaka's busier residential pockets where older apartment layouts often no longer match how families actually live today. This project is a strong example of our approach to home interior design: not just decorating existing rooms, but rethinking the floor plan itself to solve real everyday problems. Rebuilding the Layout The original apartment had four bedrooms, but the layout felt tight and disconnected. Rather than preserving every room by default, our design team made the call to remove one bedroom entirely, freeing up space to give the remaining rooms — and the shared living areas — room to breathe. This kind of structural rethinking is central to how we approach every residential interior design project, where the floor plan matters as much as the finishes. A Hotel-Style Master Suite The bathroom adjoining the primary bedroom was expanded and merged into the sleeping area, creating a single connected master suite. This upgrade reflects our broader bedroom interior design philosophy — treating the bedroom not as an isolated box, but as part of a larger, more functional living experience. A Kitchen Built for Dhaka's Climate The kitchen was rebuilt from scratch with an efficient galley layout and premium, low-maintenance finishes — a necessity in Bangladesh's humid conditions where materials face constant wear. You can see how this fits into our wider kitchen interior design approach, where every cabinet run and work surface is planned around how a family actually cooks, not just how it photographs. One Consistent Design Language Across the drawing room interior design and dining room interior design, we carried a unified neutral material palette — flooring, wall tone, and finish quality — so the apartment reads as one cohesive home rather than a set of unrelated rooms stitched together. The Result What began as an aging, awkwardly divided apartment is becoming a light-filled, modern home with a layout that genuinely supports daily family life. Completed on a 70-day build schedule, the project reflects InteriorArt Ltd's structured, end-to-end process — from first site visit through 3D visualization, material selection, and final handover.
