We made it work by taking careful dimensions of the space as well as every piece of furniture before purchasing. This home was a love affair as it was a light filled 1956 house that needed a complete face lift. I literally took it down to the studs. I raised the ceilings and added a new master suite wing, and added onto the entry with new doors and windows. It had the potential to be a beauty with its lush greenery and private setting.

We subtly incorporated the wife's love of all things equine and the husband's passion for sports into the interiors. The family enjoys entertaining, and the multi-level home features a gourmet kitchen, wine room, and ample areas for dining and relaxing. An elevator conveniently climbs to the top floor where a serene master suite awaits.
