We made this master bathroom new by painting the walls two shades of gray. We refreshed the existing cabinets by painting them white and adding granite countertops. This elegant classic contemporary white kitchen is designed in an absolute white glossy lacquer from Scavolini. Rustic medium toned wood floors and a light tan wall color create a warmth in the space. A large island features a bar sink perfect for entertaining. Enough space for 4 white bar stools with chrome base are the perfect addition. White quartz counter tops are brought up the back splash behind the cooktop and sink by the window. This powder room is located directly off the front foyer main entrance. A rustic medium wood floor warms up the gray tones used throughout. A suspended curved iron gray glossy lacquer vanity cabinet is by Scavolini with a perfectly matching glossy tempered glass counter top and integrated sink. Wall mount chrome faucet is the perfect accessory that pics up the silver vine like pattern on the wall paper. This master bath layout is a long galley featuring full tub, WC and steam shower (not shown). The his and hers suspended vanities are on opposite sides of the bathroom in iron gray glossy tempered glass with chrome bridge style handles. The matte tempered glass counter top is an exact color match and features an under mount porcelain white sink basin. Wall mount chrome faucet is beneath a 'wall accessory bar' perfect for keeping items off the counter top. This 2nd bathroom is on the top floor of this townhouse. The cabinetry is suspended but featuring large drawers for plenty of storage. Melamine decor door is in a grey teak textured finish giving the otherwise white space warmth and contrast. A solid block white sink basin has a chrome deck mount faucet. Mirror and lights are from Scavolini. As a conceptual urban infill project, the Wexley is designed for a narrow lot in the center of a city block. The 26’x48’ floor plan is divided into thirds from front to back and from left to right. In plan, the left third is reserved for circulation spaces and is reflected in elevation by a monolithic block wall in three shades of gray. Punching through this block wall, in three distinct parts, are the main levels windows for the stair tower, bathroom, and patio. The right two-thirds of the main level are reserved for the living room, kitchen, and dining room. At 16’ long, front to back, these three rooms align perfectly with the three-part block wall façade. It’s this interplay between plan and elevation that creates cohesion between each façade, no matter where it’s viewed. Given that this project would have neighbors on either side, great care was taken in crafting desirable vistas for the living, dining, and master bedroom. Upstairs, with a view to the street, the master bedroom has a pair of closets and a skillfully planned bathroom complete with soaker tub and separate tiled shower. Inspiration for a large rustic master beige tile and stone tile pebble tile floor and brown floor bathroom remodel in Denver with brown walls

This custom craftsman home located in Flemington, NJ was created for our client who wanted to find the perfect balance of accommodating the needs of their family, while being conscientious of not compromising on quality. The heart of the home was designed around an open living space and functional kitchen that would accommodate entertaining, as well as every day life. Our team worked closely with the client to choose a a home design and floor plan that was functional and of the highest quality.

A master suite was added onto this idyllic farmhouse located in Fountain Inn, SC near Greenville. The addition provided a master suite on the main level of the home with a vaulted master bedroom with clerestory dormer windows, vaulted master bathroom with a central freestanding tub set in a framed alcove in front of a gorgeous picture window and crowned with a shimmering chandelier. An oversized marble tile shower with glass enclosure, tile niches and a bench seat flanks the tub on one side and is opposite and enclosed water closet with transom lites. Separate sink vanities allow for comfort and a seated make-up vanity is perfectly placed at the window for natural lighting. The hall leading to the master bathroom retreat is flanked by separate walk-in closets and has recessed pocket doors with transom lites. The suite has it's own vestibule providing the perfect transition area and access to the new study and half bath. The study was once part of a wrap-around porch and still benefits from the existing stone veneer chimney that was intentionally left exposed. The vaulted, yet intimate space is perfect for relaxing, reading, watching tv and conducting business. A paneled trophy wall adorns the wall opposite the stone chimney and provides a home for hunting trophies and cherished works of art. The powder room has a beautiful rustic barn door with circular saw marks and forged door hardware. A decorative open vanity with vessel sink and beaded chandelier add character and class.
