In this townhouse I used typical Scandinavian furniture, but with a darker, metropolitan color palette, proving Danish design can be a bit glamorous and sexy.

Timeless elegance never sleeps: This blue, white & beige sanctuary proves good design stands the test of time. Luxurious textures and pattern play create a masterclass in refined comfort.
We created an oasis with statement wallpaper, layered patterns, and ceramic accents that tell the story of our client story.
This tranquil bedroom transformation showcases the power of thoughtful lighting & design.
The statement crystal and brass chandelier adds drama and sophistication overhead, while the table side lamps provide grounding and natural beauty.
We used a design technique —painting the ceiling & top portion of the walls while wallpapering below— to draw your eye upward, making the space feel larger and highlighting the stunning light fixture. Giving the space an open and airiness quality.
The lamp shades are a neutral tone, while the bases have intricate designs of nature creating a sense of roots and connection to the wooden bedside tables. When paired with the decor surrounding it, you’re transcended to a rejuvenating retreat of relaxation.

Never skimp on the details in a smaller space. Guest baths, powder rooms, laundry rooms, are all small but mighty spaces. At some point in time many people became under the impression that patterns and dark colors would make a small space appear even smaller. We're here to prove that rumor wrong!
Case in point: this stunning bathroom remodel.

This thoughtfully renovated flip was designed with both beauty and longevity in mind, featuring an ADA-accessible private suite tailored for aging in place. The layout was fully re-imagined to improve flow and daily functionality—most notably by opening up the main living areas and removing an outdated corner brick fireplace, allowing for smoother circulation and a brighter, more connected home.
The primary suite was significantly expanded to create a spacious bedroom, an oversized walk-in closet, and a serene master bathroom, transforming it into a true retreat. A new patio door was added to enhance indoor-outdoor connection and bring in natural light.
The kitchen was refreshed with a timeless black-and-white palette, elevated by champagne bronze hardware, updated lighting, and charming shiplap accents. A dedicated coffee bar adds both function and personality, making the space perfect for everyday living and entertaining.
Bathrooms were finished with extra-large format porcelain tile on both floors and walls, creating a clean, seamless, and spa-like feel while ensuring durability and easy maintenance. Throughout the main living areas, we installed rustic waterproof wood-look flooring in a mid-tone oak, offering warmth, texture, and long-term performance—ideal for multi-generational living.
This renovation balances accessibility, comfort, and modern elegance, proving that a well-designed home can be both future-ready and beautifully timeless.

Modern luxury meets warm farmhouse in this Southampton home! Scandinavian inspired furnishings and light fixtures create a clean and tailored look, while the natural materials found in accent walls, casegoods, the staircase, and home decor hone in on a homey feel. An open-concept interior that proves less can be more is how we’d explain this interior. By accentuating the “negative space,” we’ve allowed the carefully chosen furnishings and artwork to steal the show, while the crisp whites and abundance of natural light create a rejuvenated and refreshed interior.
This sprawling 5,000 square foot home includes a salon, ballet room, two media rooms, a conference room, multifunctional study, and, lastly, a guest house (which is a mini version of the main house).

This property came with a house which proved ill-matched to our clients’ needs but which nestled neatly amid beautiful live oaks. In choosing to commission a new home, they asked that it also tuck under the limbs of the oaks and maintain a subdued presence to the street. Extraordinary efforts such as cantilevered floors and even bridging over critical root zones allow the design to be truly fitted to the site and to co-exist with the trees, the grandest of which is the focal point of the entry courtyard.
Of equal importance to the trees and view was to provide, conversely, for walls to display 35 paintings and numerous books. From form to smallest detail, the house is quiet and subtle.

We removed a standard size tub and enlarged the space to allow wheelchair accessibility for the owners. We installed new vanity cabinets that were designed and constructed in a way that would allow the base to be removed if the customer desired to accommodate a wheelchair being pulled up to the counter-top. In the end the function of the space with the quality design proved to be a great addition to this home.

This masterbath proved especially challenging due to the dormer and vaulted ceiling. We incorporated a corner shower unit, U shaped vanity drawers, and plenty of storage and laundry space.

This home is a true gem in the heart of MacGregor Downs community in Cary, NC. Built in the 1980's in true Modernist design and architecture, the new owners wanted to keep the integrity of the original design. We redesigned the Half Bath, created floor plan layouts for new furniture, spec'd out furniture, accessories, flooring material, lighting, and artwork, as well as worked on brightening the wall and ceiling paint colors. One challenge we faced during the design process were the very tall ceilings, the very wide walls, and unusual angles. We chose interesting , engaging, and minimalistic artwork for the walls, which proved a successful solution. Another challenge was having a large open angled living room space; we created the perfect layout with separate functional gathering areas and eliminated unused corners.

Home of an inveterate collector with a keen eye, the hallmarks of this renovated, 1927 Beaux Arts residence are neutral walls and fabrics that celebrate the treasured artwork, rugs, and architecture within. Eclectic objects and furnishings discovered on world travels, antiquing expeditions, and even those inherited mingle easily in relaxed, strategically un-designed fashion. Intentionally void of superfluous decoration to accept flexible furniture arrangements, the mood of this home can swing in an instant simply by rearranging a chair, or swapping pillows - proving the most personal spaces are also the most versatile.

Scandinavian inspired furnishings and light fixtures create a clean and tailored look, while the natural materials found in accent walls, case goods, the staircase, and home decor hone in on a homey feel. An open-concept interior that proves less can be more is how we’d explain this interior. Designed as a welcoming extension of the home’s Mediterranean-inspired aesthetic, this guest bathroom brings together natural textures, warm brass accents, and thoughtful simplicity. Soft Tadelak plaster walls and a neutral palette create an airy, sun-washed feel, while the arched mirror and curved niches echo traditional Mediterranean architecture. A custom white oak vanity with vessel sinks, mosaic tile flooring, and streamlined wall-mounted fixtures elevate the experience without overwhelming the space.
Perfect for guests—but designed with the same care and detail as a primary suite—this bath proves that elegance lives in the details. We work with clients to craft beautiful, intentional spaces that feel warm, timeless, and distinctly personal.
