Master bedroom in my little 1925 bungalow was in bad shape. Mold behind the paneling freshly ripped off and massive cracks.

Just from relocating the entry door and flipping around the space planning, we were able to go from a single vanity to a double - his' and her's PLUS added storage, and contemporary black matte hardware. The wall partition to the master bedroom was ripped out and replaced with privacy glass to allow a beautiful flood of natural light to wash in.

This basement was severely flooded due to a city water main busting and dumping water into the basement for over three hours straight. After water remediation, we completely gutted the basement, ripping out all carpet and stripping all the damaged wall areas down to the studs to be replaced. In the two bathrooms, we removed all the drywall so we could install new cement board.
We replaced all the electrical outlets and switches. We replaced all the drywall (where necessary), replaced all doors, and installed all new custom tile flooring (DalTile – Acacia Valley – plank and DalTile – Carrera Lungard – hex). In the main bathroom, we installed a brand-new bathtub with custom tile shower walls (Interceramic – Solids In-Design – Gloss Graphite). We installed a new toilet and new floating Walnut Butcher Block vanity with vessel sink. The wall behind the vanity was finished with custom US Marble. In the master bathroom, we installed a new Aquatic Azra II soaker tub, new toilet, and new Bertch Interlude Hickory vanity with new vessel sinks and chrome faucets. We laid all brand-new tile in the shower (Interceramic – Tessuto – Ecru Gray), complete with a custom niche, and continued that tile around the entire bathroom. The floor was custom and hand cut to make the plank tiles match up with the hexagon tiles. The custom floor in the shower was made by cutting the plank floor tiles into small 3x3 tiles. We also added a walk-in closet and laundry room. In the laundry room, we replaced a previous entry door with an awning window.

This Master bedroom went from outdated to Zen by changing around the floor plan, ripping out wall to wall carpet, refinishing wood floor, new furnishings, beautful textural brown grasscloth under the chair rail and rich brown trim. Still awaiting the raw silk Spa blue drapes....

This 4100 square foot house in Glendale designed by Kristen Forgione at the #TheLifestyledCompany was completely modernized from top to bottom. When entering the home you can't help but notice the custom foyer with large porcelain and marble in lays. The kitchen includes custom thermafoil cabinetry, quartz countertops, a stainless steel backsplash and stainless steel appliances. The flooring was completely ripped out and replaced with 12 x 24 porcelain tile. The master bath was torn down to the studs. We added a floor to ceiling walk in shower, free standing tub and his and her vanities. All of the en suite baths were updated with white shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops and white subway tile for the showers.

The original 2800 sqft Tuscan home was converted into a modern French Country master piece. The kitchen was completely gutted to accommodate for the new white glazed shaker panel cabinetry with bead board detail. All of the flooring was re done with 6 x 24 wood look porcelain tile. The powder bath walls were covered in bead board trim. The fireplace was ripped apart to allow for the new stone work and custom driftwood mantle. The guest bath was demolished to allow for a new walk in shower, new vanities and granite countertops.

This project was fun....The wife wanted modern, the husband wanted traditional....and they wanted to redo the entire house...We ripped out the stair case in the entry, gutted the kitchen, guest bathroom, master bathroom, dining room, put in new hardwood floors everywhere, finished the basement. Adding the floor to ceiling stone fireplace and the coffered ceiling made the living room look so big! I love that the homeowners let me guide them through the entire process. From fixtures to pillows, this was a fun project!

Mesmerizing Master Bathroom!
This bathroom has a Ultra Modern and Luxurious feel: Large tiles were installed on all the walls up to the ceiling and bathroom floor, large hexagon mosaic was used on the shower floor, black marble picket mosaic accents the vanity wall and of course the freestanding bath next to the large windows with a view is something ripped from a movie!
It was such a pleasure to work on this project!
