This 4100 square foot house in Glendale designed by Kristen Forgione at the #TheLifestyledCompany was completely modernized from top to bottom. When entering the home you can't help but notice the custom foyer with large porcelain and marble in lays. The kitchen includes custom thermafoil cabinetry, quartz countertops, a stainless steel backsplash and stainless steel appliances. The flooring was completely ripped out and replaced with 12 x 24 porcelain tile. The master bath was torn down to the studs. We added a floor to ceiling walk in shower, free standing tub and his and her vanities. All of the en suite baths were updated with white shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops and white subway tile for the showers.

This basement was severely flooded due to a city water main busting and dumping water into the basement for over three hours straight. After water remediation, we completely gutted the basement, ripping out all carpet and stripping all the damaged wall areas down to the studs to be replaced. In the two bathrooms, we removed all the drywall so we could install new cement board.
We replaced all the electrical outlets and switches. We replaced all the drywall (where necessary), replaced all doors, and installed all new custom tile flooring (DalTile – Acacia Valley – plank and DalTile – Carrera Lungard – hex). In the main bathroom, we installed a brand-new bathtub with custom tile shower walls (Interceramic – Solids In-Design – Gloss Graphite). We installed a new toilet and new floating Walnut Butcher Block vanity with vessel sink. The wall behind the vanity was finished with custom US Marble. In the master bathroom, we installed a new Aquatic Azra II soaker tub, new toilet, and new Bertch Interlude Hickory vanity with new vessel sinks and chrome faucets. We laid all brand-new tile in the shower (Interceramic – Tessuto – Ecru Gray), complete with a custom niche, and continued that tile around the entire bathroom. The floor was custom and hand cut to make the plank tiles match up with the hexagon tiles. The custom floor in the shower was made by cutting the plank floor tiles into small 3x3 tiles. We also added a walk-in closet and laundry room. In the laundry room, we replaced a previous entry door with an awning window.

Complete Rip of a classic GC home. Gutting and adding a mudroom entrance, a larger kitchen, garage, and much needed expanded bedrooms for the growing family. Even a first floor guest room for visitors.

The original 2800 sqft Tuscan home was converted into a modern French Country master piece. The kitchen was completely gutted to accommodate for the new white glazed shaker panel cabinetry with bead board detail. All of the flooring was re done with 6 x 24 wood look porcelain tile. The powder bath walls were covered in bead board trim. The fireplace was ripped apart to allow for the new stone work and custom driftwood mantle. The guest bath was demolished to allow for a new walk in shower, new vanities and granite countertops.

This was an incredible patio home remodel we completed in the Fall of 2013. The original interior was straight from the early 1980s. We brought the property every luxury of a 21st century kitchen - slow close drawer glides, farmhouse sink, panel-front dishwasher and refrigerator, beaded inset cabinets, island with eat-in barstools....the list goes on. Every room on the first floor was transformed with newly installed hardwood floors, crown molding, and fresh paint. The two-sided fireplace was refaced on either side as well as given brand new molding, mantles, and recessed lighting. An alder wood bookshelf was installed in the dining room. The master bath received a full-size laundry closet (in lieu of the former laundry closet which was in the kitchen where we now have a built-in and TV!). We expanded the shower to give room for a seat. The original vanity was ripped out and replaced with custom-built vanities, new lighting, mirrors, etc.
Every inch of this patio home has been elevated!
