This master bathroom renovation features a walk-in shower complete with a shower bench and a large, rectangular niche, a soaking tub with a new wall mount faucet, a newly placed toilet with a glass shelf behind it, a white double sink vanity with a marble countertop, and white and pale blue paint. This master bathroom now exudes a spacious, open, and clean feel, ideal for these homeowners. Other additions to this bathroom include recessed lighting, new high-pressure exhaust fan, new 16’x16 tile’ flooring and up wall bath tub backsplash, medicine cabinet, and skylight. Stunning Family Bathroom created in this exclusive apartment. For this space we wanted the maximum wow factor. Indierct #Orac lighting was used and created 20cm down from the high ceiling to give a beautiful panelling finish to the walls where we could also use contrast paints to give even more detail in this bathroom. Beautiful bespoke boxing was made for the #Hansgroche taps and shower head for the bath. This was measured out perfectly for the bath, position, tap sizes and location. It also created an incredibly useful shelf that alot of freestanding baths do not have. All lighting is dimmable and lighting in the floor at the bottom of the boxing was also added which gives off a wonderful glow.

A dual vanity with Kohler undermount sinks, Brizo Virage faucets and Silestone quartz countertops lends a warm yet contemporary feel to the new space.

A remodel of this ensuite bathroom was needed in order to give it the natural, luxurious feel the client wanted. We increased the size of the walk-in shower, added a new shower seat, and used herringbone design tiles for the wall, river pebbles for the shower floor, and black and gold glass for the shower niche. We equipped the shower with a rainfall shower head, handheld body spray, and a skylight which allows warm, natural sunlight to stream in. The rest of the bathroom features a floating linen cabinet, floating double sink vanity, three cylindrical lights, and dark brown tiles. Contemporary Master Bathroom with freestanding bathtub that features a modern chrome tub fill. Floating vanity with shaker style painted cabinetry has two upper cabinets with glass door inserts mounted to the top of the countertop for additional closed storage. This additional storage was needed since there is no dedicated linen closet. The second vanity, toilet and walk in shower is compartmentalized in a separate area.

Brown master bathroom to provide the required space for this in-law suite. Clean finish with silver taps and cabinet knobs. Matching brown mirrors, bright lights and wheelchair space to ensure comfortable living.
