Dovetail DesignThis cabinet has a drawer in the toe space area under each sink for younger children to use as a step to reach the sink. The drawer slides feature a hold out mechinism to hold the drawer in place in the fully extended position to minimize any missteps while being used. The step easily lifts off to utilize the drawer storage underneath.
When the steps are no longer needed as the children get older, the drawers can be removed altogether and a traditional toe kick can be installed.
