From the very first appointment to after the project finished (on time and on budget - when does that happen?!), we loved working with everyone at Case Design Remodeling. From the start, our designer Carolyn quickly understood our style and worked with us to design a total gut renovation of our kitchen and two bathrooms, and various other changes throughout our apartment. She offered us three designs to choose from and we even were able to pick and choose from each of them as we together - as a team - designed exactly what we were looking for. Sometimes when we struggled to articulate what we envisioned, she brought us ideas that showed she was really listening and "getting us". We always looked forward to the appointments with her and loved the experience of the design phase and all our work with Carolyn and everyone at Case!

My wife and I worked with Carolyn on a bathroom remodel. We live in a 1966 coop and the words "spacious" and "bathroom" did not go together back then. We wanted to remodel the bathroom for our future. Carolyn develped three designs for us. We chose the design that made the bathroom more spacious by borrowing space from our bedroom, replaced the tub with a walk-in shower and, most importantly, widened the two foot doorway to three. The finished product is absolutely amazing. I love the way Carolyn found a midcentury looking finish for our bathroom vanity. Her attention to details like that were amazing. I was very impressed by Carolyn's passion for her work and by how hard she worked to find out what I liked and and then suggest solutions that matched my tastes but also incorporated wonderful ideas I never dreamed of. She even came up with an additional drawing to present an idea that we hadn't discussed but that she thought would work well in my space. I knew it was right the minute I saw it, and I love my new kitchen. I'm looking forward to working with Carolyn and the CASE team on my next renovation project--the bathroom..

We enjoyed working with Carolyn and the rest of the team from Case. They designed and completed a kitchen and half bath for us. They came in and designed the exact kitchen we didn't know needed! Carolyn gave us so many great ideas not only about layout and color but also things like handle/knob placement. She and the team understood that we needed materials to stand up to daily use with kids but also look good. They stuck with the project timelines set out from the start and they even finished ahead of schedule. We love the final result from Case.
