Our design team undertook a project at Millennium Towers Boston to help a family redesign their city pied-a-terre. We gave the condo a modern facelift with minor renovations to include new flooring, custom built ins + closets, repainting, and furniture selection. Inspired by Japanese style and culture, the family gravitated towards a modern and minimalistic vibe represented in the newly designed home.

Our Canaletto modular section displayed in an Armani/Casa leather, on our LA showroom floor. The sectional is paired with the Matrix side tables and the Danzica coffee table (in grey mud stucco), and all sit on top of the Funda silk rug.

The sectional is paired with the Paris side table and the Danzica coffee table (both in black maple wood), and all sit on top of the Degas area rug. Although this is a modern space, the Canaletto can work well in any esthetic and is super user friendly.

With its myriad views and open-concept living, the main floor offers a family-friendly lifestyle. An upstairs loft serves as an additional TV room. The modular sectional from Kravet and black leather accent chairs surround a custom coffee table by Peter Thomas Designs. We transformed this playroom into a sophisticated, rustic retreat where the homeowners can enjoy the company of family and friends. Before the renovation the space was small and drab. We installed a large picture window, a chandelier and additional recessed lighting to illuminate the room and make it look and feel larger. As in all designs, functionality was a critical factor in designing this room. The versatility of the modular sectional sofa allows the homeowners to use the space for various functions and occasions. Beyond the functionality of the room, we installed a cultured stone accent wall the create dimension and interest. The stone also accentuates the beauty of the preexisting woodwork in the room. The contemporary design of the Faz sectional sofa is almost unlimited in the shapes and sizes it can form. The sections include left or right arm, 90º or 45º corner, center, and an ottoman/leg chaise. A matching lounge chair and coffee table are also available. The table has a sunken section that can be used for plants, magazines or ice. All frame pieces are made of rotationally molded of 100% recyclable polyethylene and resistant to extreme heat, cold and UV. The frames are available with a matte or high gloss lacquer finish in several colors. The cushion fabric is made of Silvertex, a 100% polyester fabric. It is resistant to sun fading, mildew, temperature extremes and abrasion.
