This spacious outdoor kitchen includes a gas grill and a Big Green Egg, perfect for entertaining! Two gas fire features were built, a large corner fireplace and a fire pit. Fireplace, fire pit and sitting walls are a beautiful white and tan stone. The kitchen counter is granite and the appliances are RCS. This customer was aiming to remodel their home before they moved in. They wanted to create a complete outdoor living that included shade, a cooking area, and a pool. We built our patio cover and kitchen in conjunction with the pool build. The flooring is Ivory Travertine pavers from QDI and the ceiling is a prestained tongue and groove from Woodtone. This home was considered the eyesore of the neighborhood. Once the home was purchased by our company, the neighbors were excited about the transformation and couldn't wait to see the outcome and the advantage to the beautiful neighborhood once the home was renovated and revitalized to elevate the standing of the neighborhood. Walls were moved, fireplace was replaced, the front facade was made modern and the transformation was incredible. The open feel of the kitchen and living room was further enhanced as the fire pit and concrete area in the back yard all flowed perfectly to create that California desired all year round indoor/ outdoor living. Everything in the home was made anew with eclectic and contemporary touches to bring the home up to date and create a standard for the neighborhood prices. This home set a standard for the highest price per sq ft sold in the area!

Contemporary Style - This design included a structure that tied into the home and included a false open gable to highlight over the fire feature. Texas Custom Patios vaulted the ceilings and used a prefinished wood material to give it a natural wood look. We opened the flow through the living room to the outdoor living area by removing the traditional door and windows and replacing them with modern 2 panel and 3 panel sliding doors. In order to change the entire feel of the area, we lime washed the brick a gray color to remove the previous orange brick. We created a two-tiered, double-sided modern fire feature that had a unique encaustic style tile pattern on the bottom tier and stacked stone on the top tier. We built a small kitchen area that featured a grill, side burner, and fridge that was finished with a stacked stone and an exotic gray granite. Shea Seastrunk - Click Photography
