Our customer desired to upgrade their builder grade cabinetry with beautiful cherry cabinets and they wanted a portable island that could easily be moved to create more space. The cabinetry installed is Medallion Cherry Mission Door, Pecan/Flat Panel in Cherry with Amaretto Stain and Ebony Glaze/Highlight. The countertop is Wilsonart Quartz in Santiago color. The backsplash is Basket Weave Bianco Wood with Atena Dot tile. Armstrong 3” Rustic Restoration in Essential Brown flooring.

This river front farmhouse is located on the St. Johns River in St. Augustine Florida. The two-toned exterior color palette invites you inside to see the warm, vibrant colors that complement the rustic farmhouse design. This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home features a two story plan with a downstairs master suite. Rustic wood floors, porcelain brick tiles and board & batten trim work are just a few the details that are featured in this home. The kitchen features Thermador appliances, two cabinet finishes and Zodiac countertops. A true "farmhouse" lovers delight!

In this kitchen renovation we installed Medallion Silverline Lancaster Cherry Cabinets with Chestnut stain accented with a Medallion Gold Potters Mill Cherry Mission arched valance 4x60 with Chestnut stain accented with Amerock caramel bronze pull. For the countertops, we installed Cambria Quartz surfacing in Bradshaw color with bullnose edge. The backsplash was created using 3x6 Durango tile with Daltile stone radiance glass and stone pieces with a pearl grout. An Elkay sink with Kohler stainless steel faucet. On the floor porcelain wood look tile in light Chocolate was installed.

These homeowners created a usable, multi-function lower level with an entertainment space for the family, and even dedicated a special separate area for their two young kids.

The dominant colors of this beautiful and functional kitchen are gray, white and blue, which are perfectly combined with each other, creating a friendly, cozy and calm atmosphere and hinting at a good rest, a warm welcome of guests, and peaceful communication with the family. The raised panel, French blue cabinets are finished with a dark brown glazing. These are full overlay doors and drawers, constructed with high precision to maintain a 1/8” gap between every side of a door and drawer. Using Carrera marble subway tiles on the backsplash enhanced the Kashmir White granite on countertops. For the backsplash, marble tiles and listellos were carefully designed to create an arched top niche that mirrors the shape of the range hood opening and it doubles a space for storing spices and oils.
