This was a complete bathroom remodel for a client who didn’t want to sacrifice aesthetics for durability. With that in mind, we incorporated non-porous surfaces in high-end finishes for a completely modernized room. The centerpiece of the room is the beautiful vanity area. With classic, shaker-style cabinetry and a gorgeous Carrera marble sink, this is an attention-grabbing update. The rest of the room accents the marble sink through complimentary shades in unique textures. Using one color palette with a multitude of luxurious textures is a modern-take on making a space feel inviting, warm, and completely unique. To maximize character in the space, we added custom-made, raised panel wainscoting on the walls. When paired with the modern hexagonal tiles on the floor, the result is full of charm and elegance. Next, we moved the older steel tub to re-work the space and update the quality. The tub was replaced with a premium acrylic bath and wall system in a subway pattern. The pattern gives the look of trendy subway tiles, but without the maintenance required with traditional grout. Our premium acrylic bathroom systems are an advantageous alternative to fiber glass. Acrylic does not stain, does not crack, and is long-lasting in terms of looks and feel. Additionally, our systems incorporate an antimicrobial system for a deep clean, bacteria-resistant finish. This custom design was fun to do and showcases some of our favorite ways to remodel bathrooms. Mixing low-maintenance acrylic tub systems with luxurious Carrera marble ensures our clients get the most from their rooms in both form and function.

Timmerman Photography Sculpture by Mayme Kratz This is a home we initially built in 1995 and after it sold in 2014 we were commissioned to come back and remodel the interior of the home. We worked with internationally renowned architect Will Bruder on the initial design on the home. The goal of home was to build a modern hillside home which made the most of the vista upon which it sat. A few ways we were able to achieve this were the unique, floor-to-ceiling glass windows on the side of the property overlooking Scottsdale, a private courtyard off the master bedroom and bathroom, and a custom commissioned sculpture Mayme Kratz. Stonecreek's particular role in the project were to work alongside both the clients and the architect to make sure we were able to perfectly execute on the vision and design of the project. A very unique component of this house is how truly custom every feature is, all the way from the window systems and the bathtubs all the way down to the door handles and other features.

Price: $625,000 Riverfront homes in Wimberley don’t become available that often. Here is an opportunity to own a home big enough for the entire family, and it’s on highly coveted River Road. Manicured grounds with easy access into the river are just a few of the qualities that make this property a definite must see. LOCATION This custom built home is located just west of the square, off River Road in the quaint Hill Country town of Wimberley, Texas. River Road is arguably one of the most sought after locations in this charming little Texas town. Being a popular Texas travel destination, Wimberley is known for its rock-bottom, clear water river and creeks lined with centuries old Cypress and gnarled Live Oak trees. Local artists, musicians and craftsmen perform and sell their goods in the small shops along the banks of Cypress Creek. Centrally located it provides an easy commute to San Marcos (20 minutes), Austin (35 minutes), and San Antonio (45 minutes). Any of these surrounding cities will have a full array of amenities including hospitals, shopping, restaurants and airports, etc. WATER The property runs to the approximate middle of the Blanco River and offers just over 100’ of frontage. There is no well on the property as it is served by Wimberley Water Supply, a private community water company. LAND The land slopes gently downhill from the home down to the river where access into the Blanco is as simple as just stepping in. The grounds are well kept and easily traveled. IMPROVEMENTS The home is a custom built, 2-story rock and frame home with metal roof that is just full of unique features including a loft in the master suite & rock shower, just to name a few. The master is downstairs while the guest bedrooms are upstairs. The lower level is open, free-flowing and bright as a multitude of windows open to the river allowing for an easy view from most any point on the main level. Expansive hardwood floors, custom cabinets, a kitchen that’s open to the dining area and breakfast nook, and plentiful storage speak to the forethought put into building this home. The double carport also has a small office with a large adjoining storage room.
