النهائية التي تحوي على تفاصيل المواصفات و القياسات و أسعار الأثاث و الأماكن التي بإمكان الزبون أن يشتري الأثاث منها.5- اذا حب الزبون أن نشرف على العمل و ننفذه، فنستلم 50٪ مقدماً، و التي تشمل قيمة الأثاث و غيرها من الأمور،6- ثم نستلم 20٪ قبل خروج الأثاث للمصنع7- ثم نستلم 15٪ عند و التركيب8- ، و بقية المبلغ عند الانتهاء من العمل. كم المدة إلي تحتاجونها لتجهيز التصميم؟ تعتمد المدة على الحجم أو المكان و نوعية التصميم، و قد تأخذ من شهر إلى ٣ أشهر. فترة التنفيذ تأخذ من 1إلى ٨ شهور حسب التصميم. للأماكن الصغيرة ، تأخذ فترة التصميم أسبوعين تقريباً و التنفيذ ٣ أشهر. مسألة التصاريح من البلدية و غيرها بتكون على منو؟إذا اختار الزبون أن نقوم بتنفيذ التصميم، نحن بنتولى التصاريح بالكامل باختلاف أنواعها.هل عندكم ستايل معين تتمسكون فيه؟إبداعنا يرتكز على التصاميم الحديثة و المودرن، ولكن دائماً ما SUSTAINABLE, COOL, AND A SMOOTH FLIGHT FOR YOU This was the first Executive VIP CAT I & II Airport Hangar ever sold at the Boulder Municipal Airport. We completed the first phase of this pilot project in 2019. We completed a remodel for a national shoe brand's headquarters in 2022. The original build made it perfect for private aircraft/jet owners who want to be based right in the heart of the developing area of Boulder City. The first of three planned executive hangars is nestled in the premium south-west location of Boulder Airport with stunning waterfront & mountain views of Hayden Lake, the iconic Flatirons, Boulder Foothills, and white capped Front Range. Before being remodeled primarily for office space, the 4,650 SF executive hangar could accommodate as many as 5 aircraft and included a 30’x15’ 2nd floor mezzanine office flooded with natural light, operable skylight providing ventilation, large picture window and phenomenal Skydeck with panoramic views of the lake and flatirons. The new owners added more mezzanine square footage and windows to section off the area for an executive office space and multi-purpose/multi-media room. This is one of the only high-performance renewable energy executive airport hangars in the country, exempt from energy code requirements due to low energy usage of less than 1 watt/SF. It was designed with a 6 hour fire-rating, fire sprinkling system, and built with high performance hybrid engineering and technologies to offset the energy load pathways so when all renewables are added it can operate completely standalone and self-sustainable. The building envelope insulation & sound attenuation systems includes 10” Insulated Concrete Form walls using recycled materials & radiant in-floor heat. In the recent remodel we added geothermal loops to utilize the in-floor tubing for renewable cooling in the hot summer months. The 58’x18’ Schweiss hydraulic hangar door features insulated panels (like what NASA uses inside their rockets) and 6 windows. There’s an additional 10’x10’ overhead door & 2 personnel doors. The 4,095 SF new structural concrete slab apron was constructed to CDOT spec with 65’ trench drain at apron entrance. The main floor features an ADA bathroom with shower, utility floor sink, 2 interior hot & cold hose bibs. Electrical service is a commercial 480-volt, 3-phase with 400 amps with outlets throughout. Ready with 2 EV (Electric vehicle) charging outlets on the west exterior. As mentioned, after the hangar was purchased by a sustainable national shoe brand, we remodeled it for the new owner's work and warehousing requirements. We added 3 Viessman Solar thermal collectors, HRV-Geothermal Pre-Heating and Cooling System & Battery Power Back-Up System, portable work station “pods”, a large bar, kitchen area, eating spaces, lounge, multimedia room, shoe display areas, more natural lighting and other custom finishes. Once a solar PV system is added to the south-facing rooftop, the hangar will achieve better than a net zero designation, it could in fact help power some of the other facilities at the airport as well as several EVs through outdoor charging stations. Allow me another intriguing observation: this one (this interior door, that is) is best suited to bulk orders. Which isn’t to say this one does not fall into the category of affordable luxury (just something we specialize in here at Almese Doors). It certainly does. It has most of the wonderful features characteristic of the brand to recommend it. It was lovingly and imaginatively designed. The name, should you be wondering, is a variation of that of the lovable, honest and faithful Shakespearean heroine (the play, of course, would be The Twelfth Night, one of the happiest and light-hearted comedies the bright British wordsmith ever composed, and arguably the most popular). Isn’t White the default finish that would look great on any interior door? Well, not quite. W. is the color most often associated with perfection, honesty, cleanliness, newness, neutrality, and exactitude. The pigment has been known and used by humans since prehistoric times. In ancient Egypt, W. symbolized purity. Roman patricians paraded around in W. togas to distinguish themselves from the common folk. It was the color of choice of French monarchs. Architects of all epochs used W., with considerable enthusiasm, in various projects and for various reasons. In the United States, architects favored it when designing churches, capitols, and municipal buildings – which is, in fact, a tradition they inherited from classical and Renaissance architecture. According to some experts, most of the buildings in the celebrated Forum were either made of, or clad in, W. marble. Downers Grove Pond With Stream
This is an example of a traditional backyard pond in Chicago.

The program consists of a detached Guest House with full Kitchen, Living and Dining amenities, Carport and Office Building with attached Main house and Master Bedroom wing. The arrangement of buildings was dictated by the numerous majestic oaks and organized as a procession of spaces leading from the Entry arbor up to the front door. Large covered terraces and arbors were used to extend the interior living spaces out onto the site. All the buildings are clad in Texas limestone with accent bands of Leuders limestone to mimic the local limestone cliffs in the area. Steel was used on the arbors and fences and left to rust. Vertical grain Douglas fir was used on the interior while flagstone and stained concrete floors were used throughout. The flagstone floors extend from the exterior entry arbors into the interior of the Main Living space and out onto the Main house terraces.

Placed on a large site with the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy at the rear boundary, this one story residence presents a modest, composed public façade to the street while opening to the rear yard with two wings surrounding a large loggia or “outdoor living room.” With its thick walls, overhangs, and ample cross ventilation, the project demonstrates the simple idea that a building should respond carefully to its environment.
