Imagine the surprise of LaMantia designer Gina Mazzone, CKD, CBD when she arrived for a first appointment to find this LaGrange Ranch home had two existing kitchens back-to-back. How very unusual! This project represents the evolution of a 10 acre space over more than three decades. It began with the pool and space around it. As the vegetable garden grew, the orchard was established and the display gardens blossomed. The prairie was restored and a kitchen was added to complete the space. This space (called the Grotto) below the upper deck provides a place to relax and entertain friends. Move the table under the cover for a waterfront dining experience. The lumber is tight knot cedar with a Penofin finish.

Cast Glass privacy screens add character and can still make an impression. The texture and design of glass screens utilizing cast glass can be dramatic or simple - both options can still provide the desired privacy. Featured texture is a combination of two textures "Sand" and "Brushed" on clear glass with a frosted finish.
