Temperature sensors have been installed behind the ceiling lights and push buttons, and continuously monitor the room temperature. If the room starts to become too warm, the ceiling fan will turn on automatically to distribute air around the room. In the bathrooms, the ventilation fan is configured to only come on if someone is in the bathroom for more than one minute (to prevent noise disturbance at night). Once the fan has been triggered, it runs for a several minutes after the room is empty, to clear any steam from the shower, etc. The fan will also turn on if the humidity level reaches 70% and will run until the humidity is reduced.

Inspiration for a timeless staircase remodel in Cleveland

Details make the difference. This stainless steal push button switch for the garbage disposal is a nice clean design element and eliminates a switch in your back splash.

The owners found this built-in mirror at an antique shop and added it to a formerly blank hallway wall. To the left, new push button light switches were installed to match the originals.

Wall hung cantilevered toilet with push buttons on wall - very European feel. Floor and wall are 12 x 24 rectified gray porcelain tile, stacked install. Accent mosaic is 3/8” random strip mosaic, with Hanstone Tiffany gray Quartz shelf above. Love these lines and contrasts.

Every detail was carefully thought out, down to the light switches. Period correct push button light switches complete with mother of pearl inlays replace the standard light switches throughout the home.
