Rooms filled with light, fine art and antique furniture were the backdrops for our "Kentfield Collected" project. This was an overall home refresh and our team loved the challenge of bringing new life to the exquisite existing collection of art and antiques. We started with thoughtful space planning to achieve an overall outcome that is more pleasing for the clients' enjoyment of the home when each room feels more balanced. The refreshing of exciting items and the selection of a few new pieces brought a touch of light, beauty and pop of unexpected that paired beautifully with the treasured finds of the homeowners. In the powder bath, the poppy wall covering, navy vanity and silvery metallic ceiling paint is one of the pops of unexpected delight you will find in the home. Our team designed beautiful linen draperies in a creamy gold-tone that perfectly framed the amazing view from the dining room windows. The buffet in a dark navy with a faux Belgian linen finish and a pair of crystal lamps were the right balance to complement the wall art in the room. The addition of a game table to the living room framed by a mirror and scones is an ideal spot for a game of cards or stunning flowers. The reupholstered chaise took on a hip and vibrant vibe in a lush green velvet fabric and placed in a perfectly edited guest suite. Custom outdoor cushions and pillows create a spot to enjoy the deck and views at the end of the day. Let us also not forget Buster (our project mascot) welcoming guests to this fine-tuned Kentfield beauty. Gorgeous kitchen remodel in Chadds Ford, PA. Oh Henry! He was impressed with the outcome (but loved the snacks he received). Customer selected Fieldstone Cabinetry in a Maple wood species, with a Painted finish, of Dove. The island selected is a Cherry wood species with a standard stain, Cappuccino. Stratford door style, in a square flat panel. Grate chosen was Onur, in Antico White. Hutch and Desk area has a gorgeous Cherry Wood Countertop that is custom stained in Cappuccino to match the island cabinetry. Tile backsplash and under cabinet LED lighting really set this kitchen off!

Rather than starting with an outcome in mind, this 1,400 square foot residence began from a polemic place - exploring shared conviction regarding the concentrated power of living with a smaller footprint. From the gabled silhouette to passive ventilation, the home captures the nostalgia for the past with the sustainable practices of the future.
While the exterior materials contrast a calm, minimal palette with the sleek lines of the gabled silhouette, the interior spaces embody a playful, artistic spirit. From the hand painted De Gournay wallpaper in the master bath to the rugged texture of the over-grouted limestone and Portuguese cobblestones, the home is an experience that encapsulates the unexpected and the timeless.

This dream renovation transformed the primary bathroom, kids' bathroom, guest bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Tailored to the client's desired outcome, the luxurious transformation combines understated elegance with personalized luxury. In the primary bathroom, the striking statement wall, featuring Arabescato Corchia porcelain, and the Calacatta D'Este honed floors create a serene and sophisticated ambiance. The custom-made vanity, with its black matte hardware, adds a touch of contemporary sophistication to the daily routine. The kids' and guest bathrooms were designed to complement the home's aesthetic in a more relaxed yet elevated style. The kitchen underwent a stunning revamp with a faux grasscloth wallpaper, new counter stools, and an oval table to create a more spacious and versatile atmosphere. Additionally, the new window treatments with a geometrical yet sophisticated pattern added a fresh touch to the room. In the living room, we added a new carpet, new window treatments, and updated the lighting fixtures with a floor lamp and table lamp, as well as a new patterned rug. Overall, the outcome of this project was a harmonious blend of.emphasizing contemporary comfort that prioritized functionality, and understated luxury.

This cute cottage, one block from the beach, had not been updated in over 20 years. The homeowners finally decided that it was time to renovate after scrapping the idea of tearing the home down and starting over. Amazingly, they were able to give this house a fresh start with our input. We completed a full kitchen renovation and addition and updated 4 of their bathrooms. We added all new light fixtures, furniture, wallpaper, flooring, window treatments and tile. The mix of metals and wood brings a fresh vibe to the home. We loved working on this project and are so happy with the outcome!

These young hip professional clients love to travel and wanted a home where they could showcase the items that they've collected abroad. Their fun and vibrant personalities are expressed in every inch of the space, which was personalized down to the smallest details. Just like they are up for adventure in life, they were up for for adventure in the design and the outcome was truly one-of-kind.

Taking place in Coto de Caza, CA, this complete kitchen remodel underwent quite the transformation to achieve an “organic modern” look. You may see that we installed porcelain countertops as well as glazed ceramic wall tile for a clean and fresh feel. All cabinets were custom made by our crew and include a fresh coat of white paint and black hardware. You will also notice the newly fabricated and stained floating shelves and island. Our clients loved the outcome so much, this kitchen is now just the starting point on their list of home renovations.

The clients found a house they loved for two reasons…location, location, location (first reason) and the exterior style was similar to a beloved childhood home. They came to LaMantia inquiring as to the possibilities for the first floor. Armed with the clients’ “wants and desires” LaMantia designers Jackie Prazak and Andy LaMantia went about redesigning most of the first floor into an open floor plan fit for the young family.
LaMantia & Prazak found the key to providing the enlarged feeling was through the poorly designed existing home addition. The additional living space was difficult to access, thus providing no useful function to the home.
Completely removing the original exterior walls of the home that blocked access into the addition was the first step in the plan. With the walls removed, the original walled-off space became a part of the home. Relocating the first floor Powder Room, revising the entry closet, removing the wall into the kitchen and resizing the Living Room all were key components to the final rebirth of the larger picture.
To finalize the new kitchen space, it was suggested to raise the Bay window unit thus allowing the relocated sink location. With all the revisions, the Kitchen now could easily accommodate a stretched out “L” layout with a large seated Island and a separate desk area.
With the final plans in place, the clients were amazed to find that within the existing walls of their newly purchased home they had gained so much extra use. And…the very last prize they gained was a dreamed of Mudroom!
