Cool & Contemporary is the vibe our clients were seeking out. Phase 1 complete for this El Paso Westside project. Consistent with the homes architecture and lifestyle creates a space to handle all occasions. Early morning coffee on the patio or around the firepit, smores, drinks, relaxing, reading & maybe a little dancing. Cedar planks set on raw steel post create a cozy atmosphere. Sitting or laying down on cushions and pillows atop the smooth buff leuders limestone bench with your feet popped up on the custom gas firepit. Raw steel veneer, limestone cap and stainless steel fire fixtures complete the sleek contemporary feels. Concrete steps & path lights beam up and accentuates the focal setting. To prep for phase 2, ground cover pathways and areas are ready for the new outdoor movie projector, more privacy, picnic area, permanent seating, landscape and lighting to come.

Miles off the highway, nearly to the end of a one way road, David Arkin and Anni Tilt’s design for this sustainable private residence combines Watershed Block, straw bale, and reclaimed redwood. The weight of the Watershed Block base, in some locations serving as retaining walls, creates both a structural and visual anchor to the lighter straw and wood components. GE Monogram Design Inspiration contest hosting presentation with Lindsey Thudin from Houzz. Designed a kitchen based on Lindsey's outfit for the presentation and her busy travel schedule. Lindsey was inspiration for the kitchen design. We used Walnut Greenfield Cabinets that has the depth and richness of Lindsey's hair. Island and upper Greenfield Cabinet doors are painted Sherwin Williams Martha Stewart 8002 Glass of Milk to match Lindsey's dress. We used crystal knobs and light fixtures which were hung at various heights inspired by Lindsey's art deco inspired crystal necklace. We used a quartz limestone counter top on outer base cabinets and a dark wood butcher block countertop on Island; along with Eleganza 12x24" porcelain floor tiles for easy maintenance due to Lindsey's busy travel schedule. A classic, modern, & luxurious kitchen with a touch of glamour for a glamorous career woman on the go!

Stylish brewery owners with airline miles that match George Clooney’s decided to hire Regan Baker Design to transform their beloved Duboce Park second home into an organic modern oasis reflecting their modern aesthetic and sustainable, green conscience lifestyle. From hops to floors, we worked extensively with our design savvy clients to provide a new footprint for their kitchen, dining and living room area, redesigned three bathrooms, reconfigured and designed the master suite, and replaced an existing spiral staircase with a new modern, steel staircase. We collaborated with an architect to expedite the permit process, as well as hired a structural engineer to help with the new loads from removing the stairs and load bearing walls in the kitchen and Master bedroom. We also used LED light fixtures, FSC certified cabinetry and low VOC paint finishes. Regan Baker Design was responsible for the overall schematics, design development, construction documentation, construction administration, as well as the selection and procurement of all fixtures, cabinets, equipment, furniture,and accessories.
