This home remodel is a celebration of curves and light. Starting from humble beginnings as a basic builder ranch style house, the design challenge was maximizing natural light throughout and providing the unique contemporary style the client’s craved.
The Entry offers a spectacular first impression and sets the tone with a large skylight and an illuminated curved wall covered in a wavy pattern Porcelanosa tile.
The chic entertaining kitchen was designed to celebrate a public lifestyle and plenty of entertaining. Celebrating height with a robust amount of interior architectural details, this dynamic kitchen still gives one that cozy feeling of home sweet home. The large “L” shaped island accommodates 7 for seating. Large pendants over the kitchen table and sink provide additional task lighting and whimsy. The Dekton “puzzle” countertop connection was designed to aid the transition between the two color countertops and is one of the homeowner’s favorite details. The built-in bistro table provides additional seating and flows easily into the Living Room.
A curved wall in the Living Room showcases a contemporary linear fireplace and tv which is tucked away in a niche. Placing the fireplace and furniture arrangement at an angle allowed for more natural walkway areas that communicated with the exterior doors and the kitchen working areas.
The dining room’s open plan is perfect for small groups and expands easily for larger events. Raising the ceiling created visual interest and bringing the pop of teal from the Kitchen cabinets ties the space together. A built-in buffet provides ample storage and display.
The Sitting Room (also called the Piano room for its previous life as such) is adjacent to the Kitchen and allows for easy conversation between chef and guests. It captures the homeowner’s chic sense of style and joie de vivre.

The goal in the dining room was to create a warm and inviting feel that would appeal to both men and women. Various textures: wool rug, velvet dining chairs, silk drapes, dark woods.

It's nice to be able to use a formal dining area for small as well as larger dinner parties. Here, we used 2 tables, which can be used separately or pushed together to form one larger table. Although the tables are made of solid wood with stone tops and are very heavy, they are easy to move thanks to heavy duty casters recessed into the bottom of the tables.

this bright, refreshing dining room is composed of a collection of simple geometrics: the clean, rectangular oak table surrounded by timeless, circular wishbone chairs; the framed senagalese hexagon-motif textile, designed to include both positive and negative stars; the half dome pendant light; the antique oval mirror and the ceramic vessels in a variety of rounded and cylindrical silhouettes. the quiet palette of warm, light woods and crisp whites is punctuated by the graphic black framed textile art. in all, the space is an inviting, eclectic mix of linear and spherical, vintage and modern, dark and light.

An electrifying and innovative design for your dining room is personified through the Italian Modern Temple Glass Fixed or Extension Dining Table. Made in Italy by Tonin Casa, the Temple Designer Dining Table has an-all-glass construction which makes it even more striking in any setting. The use of glass for the frame, top and legs organically enhances the simple lines of Temple Dining Table and emphasizes starkness without jeopardizing sturdiness. The all-glass construction adds depth and focuses the attention on the table’s dynamic character.

Notable decor elements include: Clayton Gray Home Cage iron pendant light, De La Espada Atlantico table, Crate and Barrel Vienna black wood dining chairs.

To formalize this dining space, we wrapped the room in drapery panels, framing the beautiful golf course view. Contrasting head chairs, bold lighting and an Ikat rug add some visual interest to an otherwise neutral space.
