Inspiration for a mid-sized timeless attached three-car garage remodel in Boston

A classic Seattle craftsman home is reimagined and restored. We cherished the opportunity to help a young couple in Seattle develop a materials, fixtures and lighting package for their beloved home remodel. The master bathroom is layered with a mix of white and black marble hex mosaic floor tile, classic white offset brick pattern subway wall tile, and beautifully crafted wood wainscoting. Kohler's Artifacts plumbing trim collection brings fresh vintage style to the vanity and shower. An easy to care for quartz counter and backsplash adds a bright contrast to the a gorgeous providence blue custom vanity. The powder room which doubles as a guest bathroom is dressed in Pratt and Larson's ceramic mosaic floor tile and paired with a space saving pedestal sink by American Standard. Wall niches lined with white quartz are incorporated into both showers creating a dedicated place to store bathing amenities. The checkboard cork floor in the kitchen adds a FUN pop of personality. Custom mudroom cubbies and a built in eating nook were beautifully crafted and finished in a crisp white paint. Light fixtures by Rejuvenation bathe the room in beautiful period appropriate light. Clever storage hides small appliances and a stand mixer. This project was a labor of love for he homeowners who took an active part in the process and a joy for our team to be involved in! Inspiration for a huge rustic living room remodel in Other with a standard fireplace, a stone fireplace and no tv

Both the master bath and the guest bath were in dire need of a remodel. The guest bath was a much simpler project, basically replacing what was there in the same location with upgraded cabinets, tile, fittings fixtures and lighting. The most dramatic feature is the patterned floor tile and the navy blue painted ship lap wall behind the vanity. The master was another project. First, we enlarged the bathroom and an adjacent closet by straightening out the walls across the entire length of the bedroom. This gave us the space to create a lovely bathroom complete with a double bowl sink, medicine cabinet, wash let toilet and a beautiful shower.

Kitchen with professional cooking island (L 248 cm x D 156 cm), made in high thickness stainless steel with chromed brass trims. Equipped, on one side, with double professional multifunction electric oven, 4 burners up to 7.5 kW, pasta cooker, coup de feu, and smooth fry-top. On the other side, double set of drawers 80 cm and double door compartment with slow close slides and hinges. Top snack (L 248 cm) in high thickness stainless steel.

These owners know craftsmanship and appreciate high-quality details. The owner hand crafted some of the furniture pieces included in this remodel, including the master bed frame. To update the home and do justice to the owner’s own furniture pieces, we installed a sky light in the upstairs bedroom hallway to bathe the space in light and added new doors with brass hardware. Adjacent to the kitchen is a hidden pantry, which uses reclaimed space along one side of a structural concrete column. Custom adjustable shelving maximizes the 6-inch deep space. Pivot hinges replicate the existing closet door hardware in the nearby entry hall and allow the doors to visually disappear.
