At the focal point of our Dream Chinoiserie Garden Pavilion in the Kip's Bay Show House is Lee’s custom-designed 2-story pagoda bird cage covered in Aurora Borealis paint by Benjamin Moore.

In any garden you're guaranteed to run across an insect or two, as they perform valued services beneficial to the life of the garden. Our Chinoiserie Dream Garden is no different. Look around and you'll find two special insects that seem to sparkle in the light. That's likely due to the tens of thousands of jewels with which they are encrusted. Both sculptures are from the MCL Design Jeweled Garden Collection. The spider contains a grand total of 31,248 pcs of gems — 2200 ct.!

Throughout our Kips Bay Chinoiserie Garden Pavilion design you’ll find small vignettes that both stand out on their own, and enhance the overall design. This spot in our Garden Hall, featuring antiques from Lee’s personal collection, exemplifies the impact a simple vignette can make in an overall design.

A modern-meets-vintage farmhouse-style tiny house designed and built by Parlour & Palm in Portland, Oregon. This adorable space may be small, but it is mighty, and includes a kitchen, bathroom, living room, sleeping loft, and outdoor deck. Many of the features - including cabinets, shelves, hardware, lighting, furniture, and outlet covers - are salvaged and recycled.
