This detached garage uses vertical space for smart storage. A lift was installed for the owners' toys including a dirt bike. A full sized SUV fits underneath of the lift and the garage is deep enough to site two cars deep, side by side. Additionally, a storage loft can be accessed by pull-down stairs. Trex flooring was installed for a slip-free, mess-free finish. The outside of the garage was built to match the existing home while also making it stand out with copper roofing and gutters. A mini-split air conditioner makes the space comfortable for tinkering year-round. The low profile garage doors and wall-mounted opener also keep vertical space at a premium.

This job is a new construction project completed in Benders landing estates. In this project we utilized our 9/16”inch PC12/1 & 9/16”inch PC16/1, in Old World Copper color All the wood treads are Solid Oak treads and the railing is a 6210 model railing which is a bit wider (2 5/8”) than the standard railing. We also used Solid wood risers and plywood for the skirt boards. No MDF (particle board) was used. The builder utilized PM-5 Panel molding on baseboards throughout the home and casing and we incorporated that design into our skirt board trim to give the stairs an integrated custom look.

The structure is in solid wood, multi ply and particle board. The springing system of the seat is on elastic belts. The padding is in C.F.C.-free non-deformable polyurethane foam and fiber 100% polyester. The seat has the cushion in selected an sanitized feathers with heart in C.F.C.-free, non-deformable polyurethane foam with different density. The backrest has the cushion filled in sanitized and selected goose feathers. Covers are in 100% cotton. The base is on cast steel leg galvanic finish black nickel or polished chrome. Available on demand 2cm higher. Cushions available in fiber. Modular end elements prepared to be connected also available. Fully removable covers except in the leather version.

Eichler homes were originally built using modest, cost-effective materials to make modern architecture accessible to the growing mid-century middle class. While iconic, elements like laminate countertops, particle board cabinetry, and vinyl composition tile flooring haven’t stood the test of time. We carefully replaced these with more durable, high-quality alternatives—granite countertops, maple-ply cabinets, and luxury vinyl tile—ensuring the home remains true to its spirit while standing strong for decades to come. That is a Grizzly Industrial dust collector, which is widely used in woodworking shops and garages to capture sawdust and wood chips directly from power tools. Here is a breakdown of how it works: The Canister Filter (Top): The large, cylindrical mesh section at the top contains a fine canister filter. It catches the very fine, airborne dust particles so they don't recirculate into the air you breathe. The Collection Bag (Bottom): The clear plastic bag hanging underneath collects the heavier wood chips and sawdust pulled in by the system. The Blower Motor: The white assembly on the left houses the motor and impeller fan. It creates the powerful suction needed to pull dust through a hose system connected to the y-shaped inlet ports at the very bottom. Tucked right behind it, you can also see a blue air compressor with coiled hoses, which is used for running pneumatic (air-powered) tools or inflating tires.

This is an extensive kitchen/dining remodel that involved the removal of a wall and moving a large support header to the attic. The customer wanted a custom oak desk that covering the entire wall of their home office to match the new kitchen cabinetry, large pantry, and hutch/china cabinet with glass doors. The kitchen includes pullouts for spices and trash, as well as a cookie-sheet cabinet above the double oven. The island has an under-counter space for a large microwave and a stainless steel and glass vent hood for the cooktop. The floors are tiled with a ceramic hard-wood styled tile that is very resilient to drops and spills. All our cabinetry is custom made with 100% true-wood (no MDF of particle board), full-extension heavy-duty pull-out tracks, and European hidden-hinges.
