Oversized and underused was how our Client described their old furniture for this space. We were brought in to come up with a furniture plan and accessorizing details that would make the space livable and loveable again!

This Georgian Bay waterfront beach home is 4,500 sqft and features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, office, gym, media room, main floor and upper floor great rooms with vaulted ceilings and a custom kitchen.

This home got a modern facelift with wide-plank wood flooring, custom fireplace and designer wallpaper bathroom. The basement was finished with a modern industrial design that includes barn wood, black steel rods, and gray cabinets.

The custom color laser cut panels are an abstract palm leaf design to complement the palm allay on the opposite side of the driveway. There is a constant play of shade, shadows and light dancing across them throughout the day. The custom color was chosen to complement the house, but closely mimic the color of the palms.
