This Master Bathroom in Norfolk received a complete gut, expansion and renovation. Through our Design Build process these homeowners worked with in-house designer Jason Hoffman to create their dream master bathroom retreat. When designing, Jason was able to offer ideas on how to gain square footage, ultimately adding a walk-in shower. Complete with a custom double vanity and beautiful tile work by Marshall Tile & Marble Company, this has been one of our favorite transformations to date. See the before and after photos below as well as some 3D renderings approved by the homeowners prior to construction. Our team both designs the renovation AND performs the work. Our talented carpentry crew and trusted subcontractors perfectly executed a design on paper to a well laid out, oasis retreat.

Chase Builders along with Ever & Co., and Architectural Ceramic's own, designer Marianna Ouzdanova, come together to create a modern dream home. The bathrooms boast either 8x48 Seattle Light Grey Bark porcelain or 6x48 Estonia White on the floors. The decadent showers focus on texture with one sporting 32x32 Doors Blanco walls and the other with a Calacatta Chablis Marble Chevron mosaic. The kitchen backsplash features a linear mosaic mixing stone and glass for a unique blend. We converted this from a powder room to a full barrier free shower. Featuring a marble floor, granite countertop, new window, soft-open/close pocket door & multi-metal finishes and floor to (9') ceiling tile, this bathroom will accommodate the needs of this elderly man who has chosen to age at home. As part of this project, we needed to obviously expand the size of the space so we eliminated the front closet, which is where the new door to the garage now resides.

A desirable backyard 'living room', complete with wet bar, hot tub, and a golf green! In one day we jointed this well-balanced combination of dimensional and flagstone concrete pavers. The results are compelling!

Residential space in North Park's newest building by Jeff Svitak. Space was decorated for a couple who support local artists and love music. We started with a soft velvet sofa (color: moss) that instantly softened this large concrete space. While working around this sofa, we came across the walnut furniture set - it blended right in with the earthy feel we were going for. Plants have a power of bringing any space to life so we added the intertwining money tree and a soft green tree (supposed to be a fast grower). Once the furnishings were in, we added the artwork - a final touch to make this space a client's home. photo - Hale Productions
