Inspiration for a timeless kitchen remodel in Los Angeles

This is a job we did in 2017. It is a covered patio with a custom outdoor kitchen. Veneer stone posts with concrete wall caps and granite countertops. It features a built in smoker and Weber grill as well. The stamped inlays make for a nice feature as well.

We replaced existing screens and poleax windows installed on this golf course home with new insulated double hung vinyl windows. Originally our client wanted windows with internal blinds, but after consultation with our team they decided to go with clear windows and custom hideaway pleated shades. This preserved their maximum view area, and created a much more appealing space. Insulted floors and ceilings ensure that this space is comfortable for most of the year and is a natural extension of their main home.

Back Flow installed in the middle of a turf area, not out of sight in a plant bed. Unsightly and potentially can be damaged/broken during turf maintenance AND it is a tripping hazard. Riser components are plastic not copper/brass.

Replaced customers existing treated decking with new Trex Transcend composite decking in Tiki Torch. The use of hidden fasteners creates a smooth and seamless deck surface that will last for years. Trex Transcend White Composite Railing with integrated LED lights completes the look.

Our client asked us to create shelving that could easily be removed to access utility areas. We also created a sliding door system to conceal the electrical panel and create a clean finished space to be used as a hobby room.
