We understand you have worked hard for your success. And while you appreciate the finer things you convey an understated sensibility. It is this design philosophy that permeates our work. We believe restraint helps achieve excellence. As this home illustrates, the public façade masks its true stature. Yet viewed from the rear one gets an appreciation for its scale; and as you invite your friends and family into your home, your haven, they will admire your taste & good fortune, while respecting your understated choices.

717 Webster is a 25-story, mixed-use residential and office tower in Downtown Oakland with 247 units, 5,000 square feet of office space, and 2,500 square feet of retail space in Oakland's Uptown District. The residential tower was developed to allow daylight to permeate the site, maximizing natural light in the units, and enhancing the quality of our roller shades.

The oceanfront house on Kiawah Island, nestled between Charleston, South Carolina and Savannah, Georgia. We opted for a look that was not a hackneyed or cliche adaption of Southern stereotypes, but rather one that reflected the nautical, seaside setting. We created a great room with a number of different seating areas, and inserted clerestory windows to ensure that natural light could permeate the space. Now part of the family can play games while others watch sports and still others can sit and chat. This main gathering area functions almost like a club room
