Everything turned out beautifully! They now have plenty of space for family meals, and gatherings. The extended bar makes serving easier, and also seats an additional four. Their Kohler Crue faucet is sleek and modern. BJ Crust did an excellent job laying the floor, and Ben Mize Custom Countertops made this granite look seamless.

The existing dining area was too small for a table of 6. The bar area barely seated two! This wall had to go.
Inspiration for a mid-sized cottage kitchen remodel

The client wanted an arched toe kick, so we made the vanity look more like furniture by adding a valance and side trim. We love this wood-look tile they chose for the floor.

We used Waypoint Cabinetry for the beautiful finish, semi-custom options, and quick lead times. The desk area and kitchen feature Emser's Craft2 glazed ceramic tile, with a matching bullnose edge profile. The mudroom area cabinets double as coat closets with the addition of interior rods.

This family was using a room around the corner for their dining table, because the space was too small. This wall had to go!

The large drawers in the island flank a two-can trash pull out. Their custom built shiplap hood compliments the kitchen without overpowering other design elements.

We're making progress! Cabinets, granite, and tile are done! Now for paint and flooring. Notice the wood paneling in the living room is gone? It looks so much cleaner. The room wasn't quite big enough for an island, so we extended the bar area to seat 4.
