This client's home addition included a new family room, and a dry bar complete with family gaming table. We used Waypoint Living Spaces shaker style cabinetry in color Painted Black (Tricorn Black by SW). The tile is a Zellige style, with Wilsonart Santiago quartz countertops.

The corner microwave cabinet keeps it off the counter and at a comfortable height. The 'blind' corner base cabinet features two swing out shelves, making items back in the corner easy to access. The large tray drawer won't wiggle, and is sturdy enough to hold all your cookie sheets and pizza pans upright.

Everything turned out beautifully! They now have plenty of space for family meals, and gatherings. The extended bar makes serving easier, and also seats an additional four. Their Kohler Crue faucet is sleek and modern. BJ Crust did an excellent job laying the floor, and Ben Mize Custom Countertops made this granite look seamless.

We used Waypoint Cabinetry for the beautiful finish, semi-custom options, and quick lead times. The desk area and kitchen feature Emser's Craft2 glazed ceramic tile, with a matching bullnose edge profile. The mudroom area cabinets double as coat closets with the addition of interior rods.

This family was using a room around the corner for their dining table, because the space was too small. This wall had to go!

I created this custom range hood cover for our client to match the surrounding cabinetry. We used a matte gray 3x12 subway tile, with a mosaic feature strip the client selected to give it 'a little something extra'. The range was still on backorder, as so many appliances were at this time.

We used Painted Black cabinetry from Waypoint Living Spaces, in style 750F for this island, featuring a microwave drawer. The island countertop is polished black pearl granite, installed by a local stone fabricator. She chose square bar pulls in brushed nickel.

We're making progress! Cabinets, granite, and tile are done! Now for paint and flooring. Notice the wood paneling in the living room is gone? It looks so much cleaner. The room wasn't quite big enough for an island, so we extended the bar area to seat 4.
