This location and space was a lucky find on Foothill Blvd. Open concept layout and lots of natural light were high on my list of requirements. This space has both. A perfect blend of old world charm and modern luxury, this home is sure to be a neighborhood favorite. An open layout with inviting fireplaces make this the perfect place for entertaining and relaxing. Around the home you will find unique stone accents, wood and metal staircases, custom kitchen and bathrooms, and a rec room complete with bar and pool table. This craftsman style residence uses a mix of the Boston Blend Mosaic and Square & Rectangular thin stone veneer. It was used as a kitchen backsplash, interior wall accent, on multiple fireplaces, and stone archways. Great care was taken so the stones could be installed without a mortared joint. Corners were used along archways to create the illusion of full thickness stones and to allow for a more consistent and complete look. Scattered throughout, the mason cut custom large pieces of stone and wood to use as focal points. New England’s finest real stone veneer was the perfect choice to pair with the rustic décor. This split level property in Centennial, Colorado had T1-11 siding. The paint was peeling and the composite wood was swelling and flaking off in areas. This home needed some TLC. Colorado Siding Repair installed James Hardie’s primed Sierra 8 Panel Siding to match the current look. Once the new siding was in place, we painted the whole house with Sherwin-William’s Duration. The homeowner chose Web Gray, trim in Early Gray, and the front door in Expressive Plum. This straight-forward, cost-effective home exterior renovation drastically improved the curb appeal of this home. What do you think?

One of our commercial designs was selected for this beautiful clubhouse and fitness center. The design features square wooden newels and wooden stringers finished with grey semi-gloss paint to match the vertical metal rods and handrail. This particular staircase was designed for a complete metal balustrade system and carpeted treads, so that the stairs could meet code requirements for a commercial setting. 1976-2026 © Century Stair Company
