Envision Virtual Tours provides professional photography and Full Screen Virtual Tours for St. Marlo Custom Homes.
Set on over 900 acres and surrounded by rolling hills and beautiful hardwoods, the St. Marlo Country Club offers luxury living and unparalleled panoramic views from every home. St. Marlo Country Club is in high demand due to its ideal location and award-winning golf course. St Marlo is named one of the Top Ten new golf courses by Golf Digest Magazine and designed by Dennis Griffiths the 200-acre golf course promises a great day for players of all levels.
St Marlo is located in South Forsyth County and the newly established area of Johns Creek (though not within the Johns Creek City Limits) an area known for its lower taxes, great healthcare and highly acclaimed public and private schools, St. Marlo Country Club offers elegant European and Traditional style homes from the mid $500s to over $3 million. And every St. Marlo home for sale offers all the benefits of a country club setting including 24-hour gated access and security, Junior Olympic-size pool, cabana with grilling area, 9 lighted tennis courts, soccer field, volleyball, basketball court and a enormous Clubhouse with banquet room used for Father/Daughter Dances, Weddings, and other events. Restaurant, Golf Pro shop and more!

These clients have a large family with teen kids and wanted a modern updated basement to accommodate their social activities and draw the kids to their house to hang out. With plenty of room in the basement, we designed a full-service bar, equipped with a sink, dishwasher drawers, icemaker, beverage refrigerator and liquor storage. Framing was added over the bar to accentuate the shape of the bar and give the feeling of a floating bulkhead. A wall of glass mosaic was added to give texture and depth to the space, along with a leather upholstered overlay on the front of the bar. The counter tops are a combination of Quartz and Eucalyptus wood with poured resin over the top for protection. There is a lounge area with a projection TV and 84” wide screen with plenty of seating and storage for games. The other end of the basement hosts a ping pong table set aside for the serious players. The existing lighting was removed and a new lighting layout with fixtures were installed to address any activities that might be occurring in the various spaces. The end result is an incredible living space in the basement for both the teens and their friends, as well as the adults to enjoy games on the big screen as well as a rambunctious game of ping pong.

These clients were in the second stage of renovating their stylish Tudor when we were approached to help formulate a final design plan for entertainment, technology integration and lighting design and control systems. Although the plan was to implement the final completion of these systems in stages, we needed to prepare the appropriate wiring to accomplish the end goals.
We provided a lighting design plan for the areas under construction and some simple control solutions from Lutron and Universal Remote Control. Once the Family room was completed we brought in the BDI Novia A/V Cabinet in Coco stained Cherry. This excellent piece of A/V furniture was just large enough to house the entertainment system along with the homes WiFi router.
The A/V system was built around a Denon AVR 3809Ci. Source components consisted of Comcast Cable HD DVR, Samsung Blu-Ray DVD player and an Apple TV. The Apple TV was the primarily used for playing the clients music and sharing their family pictures on the 50” Samsung LED TV. The Samsung Blu-Ray DVD player was designed with an internet application for Pandora Radio which is a great way to experience a wide variety of music by creating sets of personable radio stations.
Listing to the entertainment system is a real joy with the Totem Tribe in-wall speakers. These sealed cabinet in-wall speakers are some of the best in the world for a very reasonable price. The Velodyne MiniVee 10 was used as the subwoofer. Panamax surge protection was incorporated for everything including the TV.
The Universal Remote Control MX-980 was programmed to operate the primary entertainment system along with multiple audio zones for Kitchen, Dining, Patio, Master Bed & Bathroom through the Aton DLA6 zoned speaker selector and volume controller. Additional MX900 was used to support the master suite control within that area.
A Lutron Graphic eye was used in the Dining room to manage all of the lighting scenes while the Family room was controlled via the MX-980 remote and RF replacement wall dimmers. This was a great balance of budget and appropriate user interface options.

A nostalgic visit to NBC’s home in New York that captures both the luxury of the Upper East Side and the scrappier, edgier feel of downtown. A vintage vinyl collection is the soundtrack for putting your feet up on deep blue velvet couches surrounded by images of NBC icons, while graffiti, rock show posters, and custom steel shelves (made from salvaged street signs) remind you of the years you spent couch-surfing and hitting clubs downtown.

This bedroom and full bathroom are part of an adventuresome project my wife and I embarked upon to create a complete apartment in the basement of our townhouse. We designed a floor plan that creatively and efficiently used all of the 385-square-foot-space, without sacrificing beauty, comfort or function – and all without breaking the bank! To maximize our budget, we did the work ourselves and added everything from thrift store finds to DIY wall art to bring it all together.
A partial double closet bar adds a little extra space while still leaving room for longer hanging clothes.

A young couple living in Rochester Hills were unhappy with their living room and dining room space, feeling like they didn’t truly reflect their taste, personality, or lifestyle. So, they came to Horizon Interior Design for help!
They wanted new furnishings and décor that matched their taste and would feel more inviting for friends and family, allowing them to host holiday gatherings comfortably. Another issue they had was unused space at the end of their room, which they weren’t sure what to do with, and a severe lack of storage space and spots to display their collection of décor and photos.
As a record collector and music lover, it made sense to transform the dead space at the end of their living room into a music lounge area with two lounge chairs and a space for a vintage record player. We also incorporated Irish wall art and an ottoman tray from their home city in Ireland.
Drawn to the simplicity of mid-century modern design, we added lovely pops of color into the space with a bright rug, chairs, and pillows. We also added a beautiful set of bookcases with closed storage to flank the fireplace and add more display space. We also added an extension dining table, sectional, and accent chairs to accommodate large family gatherings. Now the space perfectly mirrored this couple and their tastes.

Recently one custom contacted us to make a custom media credenza for his wonderful characteristic home, he designed this credenza, it combines modern style and a lot of classic details. We knew this is going to be a great centrepiece once finished, but to achieve the high quality result, it’s going to be challenging.
This credenza is including 5 sets of top and bottom media cabinets, a large sold wood plank with 5 podiums on both top and bottom matching these cabinets. The plank and legs were made of solid red oak, mortise and tenon jointed, dark stain finished. Cabinets are high gloss white lacquered, they have rounded corner edges and sharp looking front, these cabinets are organizing entertainment devices, speakers, media players etc. all stored in these compartments.
The solid wood plank was 12′ long, we did in butcher style panel, which was extremely heavy, needed 3 strong men to move it around. Lots of cuts and works on elegant profiles, all cuts must be precision, very changing but a lot of fun.
The finished piece is great! It’s beautiful and elegant, a lot of classic profiles matching the room characters and overall sharp modern looking. It is now a centrepiece of this characteristic home.

Welcome to five separate units of luxury living.
The residences at Greenleaf are the new standard for living the integrated lifestyle. While multiple systems control everything from lighting and powered windows, to custom wireless shades, the life of a Greenleaf resident iseasily controlled through their touchscreen interface.
A Single Interface – Unlimited Control
Greenleaf units are all controlled through an AMX system using an intuitive iPad user interface. With such a powerful system, residents are able to control their lighting, as well as powered shades and motorized windows through the simple touch of a button.
Intelligence in Technology
Thanks to automated sensors, residents are always in the know about their home and safety – whether at home or away. The control system monitors the weather and natural lighting to close powered windows if they need to be shut for incoming rain, and raise or lower shades automatically.
Lights can be set to turn on as any resident gets home from work late at night, welcoming them home after a long day away. While they are getting ready to head out for a night on the town, residents can listen to their favorite music throughout the home and call the elevator when they’re ready all from one spot.
Call stations allow you to always know who is at the front door, so having multiple guests over for dinner is easier (with less trips up and down the stairs). Remote, secure access allows the home owner to control their property from anywhere in the world and make sure everything is safe and sound.
Save Energy Without Lifting a Finger
Motorized shades can be raised and lowered automatically by the system according to weather and season for efficient light harvesting. Dimmers throughout the residences are set to a default turn-on of 80% for more energy savings. Residents can monitor their heating and cooling systems, as well as energy use, all from their touch pads at home or away.
Control that Disappears
At every Greenleaf residence your eyes focus on the luxurious design, not the state-of-theart technology that seamlessly controls it all. Spire collaborated to create custom solutions focused around an integrated lifestyle while maintaining the high-end design expected at the Greenleaf Trust building.
