Rudy and his staff of Concept Renovations was great to work with. I acknowledge that I generally have concerns about contractors (even those licensed with the State) - based on past experiences with other contractors on other properties - but Rudy and his staff have really laid to rest those stereotypes of contractors. Rudy was the lead over the project (installing a full-service bathroom in a downstairs room where none existed) and true to his word, was extremely responsive, always kept me informed about next steps (as I requested) and completed the project in the timeframe listed in the agreement. His on-site staff look good care of the room and adjourning space where construction was happening. I am totally thrilled with the finished full-service bathroom! I plan to remodel the upstairs dining and kitchen rooms, including removal a non-bearing wall to give the air of greater openness, in the near future. I feel I don't have to interview contractors for the work - its Concept Renovations and Rudy all the way!

We worked with Max and he was incredible to work with! He came and gave us great suggestions based on our architecture plan and some things our architect didn’t even consider. He has great design sense, so it was nice to talk to someone who considered the project holistically in relation to other parts of the house. He has great connections to quality vendors as well. He spent a lot of time and attention on making sure we were happy with what we wanted to move forward with. I highly recommend working with Max at Concept Renovations. He really is amazing at what he does.

This company was hired for a bathroom remodeling. Contract agreed to 4-6 weeks which resulted in 3 months. Given the chance to correct problems... nothing was corrected. If you want problems, choose this company.

We renovated our bathroom and it was a flawless experience. We have had multiple horrible contractors in the past and were dreading the remodel but Concept Renovations were great. Of course the quality of work was amazing, but they were also very punctual, professional, and paid extra attention to keeping the rest of the house clean. We worked with Tom and he was very knowledgeable and easy to get a hold of when we had questions. Will choose them again in the future.

We just completed a meaningful remodel with Dolev and Concept Renovations (changed façade, rebuilt entry, new roof, fence, patio cover). Dolev is very knowledgeable, experienced, responsive and reasonable. With any project, changes or complications will arise to test the contractor and homeowner. We had several situations where the information or drawings from the architect required more clarity or direction. There was another situation where Dolev redid the work because he (and I) felt it could be improved. Dolev addressed each of these issues in a fair way, with no or limited additional costs and an improved end-result. His crew was hard-working, pleasant and the quality of the work was solid. I regularly have neighbors comment on the transformation with our remodel and the quality of the job. The final cost stayed within the original estimate. This is a contractor who completes a job on time, on budget with solid quality!

I simply cannot recommend or compliment the Concept team enough- if you're debating between contractors pick them. You hear all of these nightmare stories about contractors and unless you have a solid word of mouth reference from a person- it is so hard to find a good one. It's hard to trust online reviews when you're about to put so much money into something that has to be done right. We were pretty nervous as we interviewed about 5 different ones. . With Concept they are a one stop shop- complete w design, they help get the permits for you etc. We were doing a total gut renovation on a 1920s Spanish bungalow in Glendale . Their bid was competitive w the rest. We couldn't be happier w the end results and Concept Renovations customer service was excellent and personable- they literally create a text chain for you. When I say excellent I mean WOW. They really really went out of their way for us. People would ask us "oh my god a renovation what a stressful nightmare". My husband and I would respond and just say we have a great team of guys.. it's not a nightmare at all lol. Yes there were hiccups like city of Glendale said we had to upgrade all new electrical panel so that cost extra money. You have to expect some hiccups w a project of this scale - also cabinet maker went past deadline which was out of their control. But literally they stuck very close to budget as best they could - it was a dream having a team of guys like this that you can text- and they don't just work for money they work from their hearts.. Dolev is a one of kind good natured person- God sent us an angel especially given the fact that I was pregnant during the renovation! Dean and Kevin were great too. I give them an A++!! At the end we felt like we were friends w the team. We will be doing more work w them in the future. And oh btw- their workers are straight up artisans (which was something key for me that I was looking for).. Like the sheer details and quality of the work is exactly what I needed to make my Pinterest dreams come true! And trust me I'm pretty picky / particular with the aesthetic that I want. So so happy! Dolev and his team went beyond our expectations. They were incredibly responsive, efficient, timely and designed the bathroom of our dreams. Dolev is very smart in having a designer to go over choices, colors and items for the project. Once that is finalized, the renovation begins. The result was a stunning bathroom. I would hire Dolev and Concept Renovations in a heartbeat. They were nice, friendly, handsome (haha) and efficient. At the end of the project, they even sent me a gift basket.

Our experience with Concept Renovations was incredibly professional from start to finish. Jonathan was on time for our initial meeting and estimate. We had two bathrooms remodeled one at a time and they where on time (two months start to finish) and on budget. His team were both polite and very tidy. Jonathan and Valentina checked in with us multiple times asking for feedback and wanting to be sure we were happy customers. Their Office Manager Celina would also call us once a week to make sure we where ok. I have recommend Concept Renovations to a few of my friends.

I would highly recommend working with Jacob and Concept Renovations for tour construction project (of any size). They are professional, friendly, honest, hard-working and have a high standard of quality. I am wrapping up on our master bathroom remodel, in which I sent out the job to a few different companies for bidding, as the room is quite large and I have pretty high standards. From the start Jacob offers a more reassuring approach to the job by going over the design and making sure all materials have been ordered before starting. The workers that worked here respected the house and our social distancing, and did a high quality of work - from demo to tiling and paint. Communication flowed during the job- and every detail was accounted for as the job is finishing off. Valentina the Construction Manager was very knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. I am extremely pleased with the results, and again, would strongly recommend them in any-sized project. My wife and I are extremely happy. Thank you

Concept has been a fantastic. They are responsive, polite, fast and honest. They are, in fact, still doing work for a renovation project on our house and I'm confident that the work is and will be phenomenal. This was my first time using a contractor and I am a first time homeowner. Even still, with the horror stories you hear from contractors in LA, I can assure you that the owner, Jacob and Valentina their project manager will be present each day. There have been no surprise cost changes, their quote has been accurate so far and will not hesitate to use them again for future projects. Their staff has all been top notch. Do yourself a favor and use them. As an aside, we requested quotes from other companies and while some may seem responsive, they will likely forget about you or think of you as a number. They treat you like a person and constantly check in to make sure you're happy with their work. I trust them with my home completely. They have the utmost integrity, I can't say enough for how positive this experience has been.

A big thank you to Concept Renovations. I was in need of a full home remodel. My entire home was terribly outdated and needed so much work done. This was a big project and definitely was a cause of stress however after meeting with Concept I was settled with confidence. They were not only able to provide me with a newfound love for my new beautiful home but did so at the fairest price I could find. They did the job they said they would on time and efficiently. We also had some bedrooms re painted and new crown molding added. Good work.

Added a new room addition. Remodeled my kitchen and installed new tiling, new flooring with granite counter tops. All new lighting throughout the house with super efficient LED lighting. Was very satisfied with the work. They were very knowledgeable and always kept me informed of the next steps and were right on scheduled with what they told me.

Good company and one you can trust. Removed a wall and opened up our kitchen living room. It went very well and the finish work was amazing. We were nervous with it being a low bearing wall or not but they handled everything. Our flooring the painting and the trim work. We really like this company and cant say enough really good things about all the workers that put in the time and made our project complete.

We recently upgraded certain parts of our home, being a little shy out the gate and not so familiar with hiring contractors we thought we could start small and add bigger projects later after we got our feet a little wet. We met with 3 representatives from different companies and we both really liked the rep who met with us from Concept Renovations out of Sherman Oaks and they were closer. We hired them to install a new electric panel and paint the interior of all our bedrooms and hallway. In the kitchen we later added recessed lighting which we hadn't discussed with them at the start but it ended up being no big deal and they even finished on the original schedule time. They all did a real good job from their secretary who managed our schedule times, the rep who explained everything and was very patient to the crew members. All just real hard workers and great people. When we are ready to take on our Kitchen and bathroom we already know who we are going to call to get the project going, these guys!

We worked with Concept Renovations to do a complete kitchen remodel, and a refresh of our laundry room and powder room. The entire process from design to completion was outstanding in looks and work performance. They take the process of handling the sales and design aspects of the projects very seriously so your always left knowing that you are dealing with nothing but a Top Professional Company. They were also very honest through the entire process and always up front about what other options might possibly cost. Our project manager was also very good at planning out our job to make sure everything ran smoothly. He was very enthusiastic and was a pleasure to work with as he seemed very capable of understanding our vision of what we wanted and got the job done. I cant say thank you enough to this company for my bathroom/bedroom/walk in closet project. They have been a pleasure to work with and I would definitely hire them again. I had a terrible experience 2 years ago having another bathroom redone through a different company. This project was the complete opposite. They have restored my faith in good workmanship and it was all done in only 18 days. My master bathroom is GORGEOUS and my bedroom layout looks great with the extended wall and new walk in closet. Best idea ever!!! Yes I'm brilliant!!! So to go on record now, in my own personal words out to them, I am EXTREMELY pleased with my experience and love my new bathroom bedroom look and will highly recommend them to my family and friends. I am very pleased with the work I received from Concept Renovations starting with our initial first meeting at my home. My brother and sister in law were with me at the meeting and even they are very pleased with the service I have received. The men who worked on my cabinets and kitchen did an exceptional job and on my small guest powder room as well. Except for some minor dust problems (allergies on my end) replacing my ceiling in my family/sitting room I really didn't run into any big issues. I did decide to update my cabinets to go with the new ceiling as well and felt it was a reasonable change and though it pushed the completion date out more, it proved to be a great decision. I was always able to reach someone for any questions or changes and I truly felt my project manager went above and beyond for me. The office secretary was always a friendly voice when I would call and I was never made to feel bad or pushy. I really feel Concept is above the rest. I will highly recommend them to any one looking to have REAL work done with amazing results.

We hired Concept Renovations to remodel a small kitchen, with new flooring, new counter tops and backsplash. Real good work.

In August 2017 we hired Concept Renovations to do a bathroom remodel and install custom colored windows , move doors.etc. We ended up doing more of course, kitchen floors lights etc. Our custom Milgard Tuscany windows were completely damaged during the install and stucco process. I continued to point this out to but to no avail the response was, we're not finished your house is just old . While my hubby was away on business one of his demo guys cornered me in my living room after everyone had gone to the truck and tried to kiss me, I told his foreman that I did not want that man there ever again. That worker was back two days later. When I brought this up I was screamed at like I was a child and never apologized for the event. When I called them on it, I was told, "you are scary are you on medication? When my husband called them they were full of apologies of course. Every issue that was due to lack of proper project management they refused until we put up a fight. They ignored building codes for both the bathroom and kitchen and tried to pass off cheap and non functional cabinet accessories for my custom kitchen. Do we want a toilet 4 inches from the tub and spice racks that don't fit the spices?They actually threatened to put a lean on my house because we refused to accept a 28" wood lazy suzan that was built for a 32" They lied and said they don't come in wood in that size!!! They began demanding final payment in January threatening legal action and they were NOT done. We were disappointed to say the least. The job just wrapped up last week March 2018……..

We renovated our kitchen. This is a good company and employees real good workers and if you get a chance to look at their photo gallery of projects they have done you will see how detailed and how beautiful their work is. We are happy and will use them again.

Kitchen and bathrrom remodels. Concept was NOT the best price, but was, by far, the best VALUE!! Reputable, honest, hardworking and reliable. Few businesses these days do what they say and stand by their word. This company is refreshing and prides itself on customer satisfaction and doing business the right way. We are very happy with the work we did with Concept Renovations. They were all fantastic to work with. They where clear on explaining the process from the outset and walked us through multiple options, They paid attention to our feedback. When we transitioned to the guts of the projects with the team. Things continued just as smoothly. We were living in the house while the work (kitchen, master bath, hall bath, kids bathroom) was being done and I can't say enough good things about the crew's ability to keep the place clean and livable for us and our family while they worked. They where always on time, always polite, always patient with our questions and creative with solutions all the little problems that came up along the way. The project was delivered on time, in budget, and exceeded our expectations. I was pleasantly surprised at the unexpected small details that the team had anticipated and taken care of to make the areas of the house that had been touched blend in with the style and feel of the existing house, some of which I continued to find for weeks after the work was done. We've been in the finished space for a year now, and through the combination of their vision and design, we feel like we're able to use it every day exactly the way we told them we wanted to. We've also been pleased at the willingness of the team to return to close out items that have needed attention over time as things settle. I don't want to live through a remodel again, but if I had to I'd certainly go back with Concept Renovations, and have told friends and colleagues looking to do similar work the same.

We hired them to remodel and update our bathroom in our bedroom. The detail work was nothing short of amazing. Beautiful work and it shows that they took special care in the small details of the project. Met us at our home on scheduled time and never went over budget. Needed to repair areas on our roof due to the rain, ended up installing a new roof instead. Way more affordable and warranted for the long haul. They did a great job. We now have a solid strong Roof over our head!

A real good company that stayed with us through to the end. Major home remodel that went 3 weeks over deadline due to the window manufacturer being late on our finished custom windows. But these guys were great they didn't slack off or disappear until the window company got their head out their as%&$! instead they continued to show up and did extra work for us since they were there at little and mostly no extra cost. Great ethics and business values that is all I can say! Glad they were the ones we went with.

We have a large backyard and lots of space and wanted to add another room and closet for a guest bedroom. Architect design work was a disaster as they wanted to charge almost just as much to design and get us blue prints then to build the extra space. We decided to hire Concept and got our blue prints at a reasonable cost and had the work done in under 6 weeks. They were top notch and the room addition looks great. I couldn't tell that it wasn't originally built with our home. We truly feel that they are a company that cares about their clients. We wont use anyone else now and cannot say enough good things about everyone on their team, just amazing crew and management. Thank you Concept for becoming a part of our family!

I thought the painting team was very professional and did an excellent job. The team worked long hours and kept us informed as to their daily objectives and asked us ahead of time if our help was needed (leaving doors open, windows shut etc.). We also had 12 recessed lights installed and the overall finished project is fabulous. This is a great company to hire.

We had a complete interior remodel of several rooms, including the kitchen, master bath, guest bath, master closet, laundry room, and some less extensive remodeling in other rooms. All of the flooring was replaced, cabinets, walls removed or moved, a steel beam installed so weight-bearing walls could be removed, installation of new appliances, fixtures, windows, electrical work, plumbing, drywall, painting and more. This was NOT a handyman job. Since the completed remodel we have enjoyed our home. It's stunning! Previously it was nice-enough but outdated, and now it is modern and fantastic. If I had wanted a quick and cheap job, I would have chosen someone else. I am very happy with the work that was done, and my interactions with the team. I trusted Concept Renovations to do any job on this house. They are knowledgeable, responsive, attentive, personable, and pleasant. Most of all they have a great vision No detail was left un-finished so I'm really glad they took the time and energy to take care of every last detail.

We hired Concept Renovations to remodel our kitchen in our home which is a bit older. They did a magnificent job and produced everything on our list. Scheduling was kept and the budget. Professional, honest and doesn't take shortcuts. They came out on a major renovation remodel in our home and presented what their company had to offer. Between our initial meeting and the before and after photos we looked over we will have to admit the photos don't do true justice for their work. Absolutely brilliant craftsmanship and talk about attention to detail! We purchased our home and needed to find the right contractor to complete the renovation work that we wanted and to do the work in the move in time that we expected. They not only performed above brilliant but finished the work in under the 5 months agreed. 4 months! This is a great company and come with our highest recommendation and praise. I love, love my new kitchen! Its sleek, modern, and totally functional! Our rep was wonderful, had great ideas and explained the process thoroughly. After our kitchen project was over he even came out to make sure everything was the way we visioned and wanted it to be and that we were completely happy! Yes! I was very favorably impressed by my experience with this company and recommend them highly. I did a complete remodel, just short of a tear down, and couldn't be more pleased with the results. The contractor was so professional, always returned my calls or text messages within minutes. That in and of itself was a huge factor in how smoothly the whole project progressed. I never felt out of control and the contractor always delivered on his promises. His crew members were all courteous and respectful and did wonderful quality work. The two major concerns I had going into this project were the time line and the budget. They finished the work within a few weeks of the projected due date and never once came back to me for any additional funds for the work that was contracted. This seems to me to be nothing less than a miracle from the many awful stories I have heard about some contractors. I highly recommend Concept Renovations to anyone looking for an honest contractor who delivers what he promises and does first quality work with never a complaint. It was a most positive experience and I love my new home.

In under 2 weeks they made my bathroom go from a gross ugly old bathroom to a look like a new, clean and beautiful one. They did a great job. I did however find a chemical stain on my hardwood floor in my entrance when they left. I didnt know that they noticed it and Instead of calling them, I tried to clean the stain and after failing at that and making the stain worse I called and chewed them out "Un warranted of course as they didnt deserve it" and literally not even about 2 or 3 minutes after my call into their office I received a call back and just like that we arraigned the time for them to come out and look at it including the damage i ended up causing by not calling them first. So sincere and literally all they wanted to know was how and when they can help and thats just what they did. Stain is gone and the bathroom at every angle is beautiful and yes FLAWLESS. I promised if ever again I would notify them first before trying to fix myself, I really made it worst. They were so accommodating and didnt charge for the damage I ended up causing. Their work and their customer service is FANTASTIC! I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Companies that stand by you when something goes wrong and you act like a jerk about it are very rare.

I had a vision on what I wanted in my kitchen & I had a budget! I met with at least 4-contractors then I met with Concept Renovation. We went over my visions & budget. They out did my exspections, a joy to work with, on time, when the crew were finished at the end of the day the job was cleaned up & finished on time. Met my budget but we blew the budget. I love my kitchen & Concept for making it happen! We are planning on Remoleding our master bedroom this summer.

They were the only ones out of the few contractors we selected to meet with that followed through. We purchased the $99 3D packet and have had great results. Hired them for our project and they have truly met every expectation ever since. Starting with the 3D design was one of the best decisions we ever made.

This contractor was ON TIME for both the estimate and the job itself. He gave a written estimate, which the other contractor did not. His price was reasonable and even offered a small discount if I decided to use some of their material in stock which the other contractor did not. Prompt, thorough, business-like, conscientious, and reasonable gets 5 stars in my book. I would use this contractor again and will recommend him to others.

Very satisfied with their work. A neighbor and close friend recommended Concept Renovations after describing the problem we were experiencing with the newly hired contractor we had signed with. The owner of the company called me soon after my good friend reached out to them on our behalf. He met with us the next day and gave me a detailed and reasonably priced estimate on the work that still needed to be done. He even came out the following day to personally over see the crew and actually did some of the work as well, work was always performed in a professional manner. Prompt, courteous, and professional. He even emailed me several photos of the completed work even though we got to experience it up and close. Very pleased with the entire job renovating our kitchen and would highly recommend them. I'll be calling them again when the need arises.

I have worked with many contractors over the years and had good results, so I know a good company when I work with one. Concept Renovations is top notch. I knew as soon as I hired them that all my expectations were going to be exceeded. They ordered my 3 windows first and did not start my job until the windows arrived. After that demo, framing, plumbing, electrical, cement, tile, drywall, paint, and finishes all proceeded quickly, efficiently, and perfectly. Since it was not a huge bathroom the trades were staggered so each could do their job without interference from another trade. Every day I knew who was coming and what time and they stayed until they finished cleaning up. I never had one complaint. My bathroom was completed on time, within the budget, and in an extremely professional manner. I love my new bathroom! I cannot wait to start my next project with them . . . My backyard!

My experience with Concept Renovations blew my mind. I'm a do-it-yourselfer who needed a new bathroom and used them before. Their work was so good we hired them again for a new Kitchen, all new replacement windows, new doors, trimming, hardwood floors, and a newly renovated wet bar accented in stone. Big project and budget and I decided to stick with a winning company. The woman who answered the phone was extremely professional and courteous just like before, which is like nothing I am used to when dealing with blue-collar businesses at least not two times in a row. Next, I met with the assigned company rep, went over the project details from kitchen to flooring, seeing it all made sense and was doable, signed and picked the date. The price I knew was excellent for the type of quality and design work we were going to receive based on the work they did in our bathroom. What I didnt expect was to get a call from the owner personally thanking us for going with them again, giving us his personal cell number and opening up a more direct line of communication with the company. He told me to let him know if there was anything he could do or just needed to meet and he would try to be there as soon as possible. The entire company always seemed 100% focused on providing us with the ultimate in customer service and were spot on with the budget. The reason Concept Renovations has high ratings and gets so many good reviews is that they will bend over backwards for you even on a small job. I told them that I'll recommend them all day long and potential customers are free to contact me. This company is truly incredible and yes we just finished and the work is amazing!

I had a great experience with this company Concept Renovations. My brother n law who is as old as I am recommended them and said they were the company to go with. glad I did. My roof is great and every time I asked a question if something could be done it was always "not a problem".

Our cabinets are so beautiful! We have wanted to switch out our older lighter cabinet for a more richer look and feel. After our daughters move we decided "OUR TIME". GREAT COMPANY SERIOUSLY!!! We are currently having plans draw up for an addition however we really should have reviewed them last summer when they did our kitchen. Long over due! We had an amazing project manager and the office staff was always available and communication was flawless. An absolute amazing team and very talented to say the least. Today we will be meeting again with them to go over the new addition we want added and to start working out the plans. If everything goes the same way it did last summer we are going to have a beautiful new master bedroom and bathroom suite with walk out deck for summer 2017! Our kitchen went smooth last year and was actually finished in about 2 weeks. We understand this new project is a bit more extensive but these guys are top notch... will share the photos when all is done and again looking forward to another great adventure in home renovation! Would recommend these guys to everyone!

Concept Renovation just completed a major kitchen remodel for us. Removed the linoleum floor and replaced it with natural stone (which turned out to be a nightmare to work with but looks fantastic finished). Refaced all the cabinets, Knocked out a section of wall and cabinets between the kitchen and living room and replaced it with a pony wall and a new overhead beam. Removed the original countertop and prepped it for the new quartz countertop. Removed the dishwasher and replaced it with custom cabinets. Moved electrical switches around to accommodate the wall removal and installed an overhead exhaust fan. We are totally pleased with all of the work. Conscientious, easy to deal with, made a lasting friend of our dog and did their best to keep the kitchen operational for us during the remodel. Bottom line their workmanship is excellent. Consistently showed up on time and clearly were focused only on us. The job was finished on schedule, but only due to them working extra and on Sundays just to stay on time! Additionally we had some problems with the countertop provider and our project manager was available for consultation and advice even after he had moved on to his next job. Their schedule is pretty full but definitely worth the wait. We would not hesitate to use them again. Very pleased and happy to write this review!

We contacted Concept Renovations to paint the outside and inside of our home because of the recommendation of a good friend of ours after we moved our daughter to Oregon. They were right and we are glad we did our home looks amazing! These are good solid people who care about their ethics and the quality of the work they leave behind.

They did a fantastic job as well! Installed new electrical plus some location switch outs and beautiful drop lighting as well as in ceiling mounts. They were friendly, and they cost pretty much what is fair going these days. We would recommend them and they finalized a wonderful full weekend of projects that we planned out and so far all 3 were winners!

Having our floors redone and decided to go with the BEST. Last year they were efficient and trust worthy and their work turned out great. We love having this type of confidance in a contractor, especially living in the Los Angeles area. We also love all of the great ideas we find on this site!

I love these guys! Not a big project just windows and some interior decorated painting but they were right here and ready to work!

We had all 6 bathrooms painted with new colors and new windows with benches added. Plus painted the bedrooms and removed all the wall paper in hallways. Kitchen has new appliances and daughter now has her stone counter tops. New light fixture in master family room and entry way. House looks good and the company did as they said. Had them add some extra bushes and they handles it. Landscape company was right over and the job was done. Cant say much more like I said we hired them and paid them and they did their job. Will hire again.

We interviewed 3 different contractors before we decided to hire Concept Renovations. They were great to speak with about the work we wanted done, and as soon as the work started they brought it all together. They have an exceptional crew of skilled and professional tradesmen. The work area was cleaned each day after the work was done, and everyone that came to our home was courteous and respectful of our space. The job was completed in the timeframe we had discussed, even with the added requests we made and best of all, the price we were quoted, which was very reasonable, was the price we paid. Our kitchen in our investment property looks amazing, and I know that they have been renovating at a very high standard just by how ours turned out. I can highly recommend this company to anyone without hesitation.

This was a great company to work with. They leave the work site neat and stayed out of the way. Our kitchen project began within a week of discussion and turned into a little more as we added on a few things. Every little wish was easily handled, like a new place for a hose that I had been dreaming of, light switches moved to a better place, a new different kind of kitchen sink and faucet without changing the existing counter, a gorgeous new mini island meeting all of my needs, my dream new front door, decorative interior painting, etc. etc etc. Best of all wishes to come true - new cabinets where my husband said there could not be any! Los Angeles project: 2 bathrooms and removing a wall in living room to make rental unit bigger. This is a great company. The office staff, managing partners and there team do an excellent job! We hired Concept Renovations back in July 2016 and started the project end of Aug into September. We recently received this link in our message box and were happy to see that they are now set up to start taking reviews for their work. Great move! We live in Phoenix and this was one of our family rental units, and above everything, including the design work and permits they met us 100% of the way and were very understanding as to scheduling needs with active tenants. We are pleased to give them this good review. You wont go wrong with this company and ask about referral incentives, top of the line and solid.

Before I begin I would like to make a notation that I found out about this great young and talented company through a good friends advice and recommendations. Plus their bathroom looked so beautiful and the thought of what all would be involved, the cost just everything, i was without a doubt clueless! But not for long, shortly after I signed up with them I began to ask questions and all of them were answered and in a way that I understood them. I was a very GRATEFUL "Boss" and student that being said I am certain I would have chosen the wrong contractor, asked the wrong questions and picked ALL THE WRONG COLORS! So I really want to thank Anne and Bill for recommending them to me and I owe them. Concept Renovations didn't just show up and do the work they were hired to do they showed up and listened, their staff is fully knowledgeable of the work your doing and you never feel just like a number or another client. Very personable and professional. Their skills are unmatched and they are all hardworking individuals, even for a small bathroom project like mine. We are happy customers.

My wife and I are honored to write a review. We had an addition added to create more office space and a new roof. The entire project was handled very professionally. All of staff I met prior and during the installation were very friendly, courteous helpful. Zero pressure in the sales pitch, and clear explanations, our home was kept organized and clean during the project and given we were adding on and with ripping off our old roof this was an area of considerable concern for me and I was very set in letting them know it. This is a very well managed company. So glad we went with this company! It's definitely worth the money with the finished results, the stellar look, and excellent customer service!

Very good work and stayed right on budget. Kitchen received all new cabinets and flooring throughout. No new appliances but did have new tile backsplash added to clean up the look. Kitchen looks wonderful.

Concept renovations is highly recommended. They actually show up. Sad but true, not all do. They are quick to give quotes and don't leave you hanging and another day behind schedule. Highly recommended. We hired This company Concept Remodeling to do the work in our kitchen back in June. They gave us excellent service and the quality of everything is also excellent. We ended up contracting them out for next summer coming up 2017 to have our roof replaced. They have excellent workers and a committed team team that works together in their office. We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.
