This amazing home features a backyard patio and pool area with a spectacular custom pool with many features including island which feature sitting areas and fire pit a spa as well as incredible slide which goes into the swimming pool. The pool measures roughly 2300 square feet, and has a deep end of 10'0". The spa is raised and has 12 therapy heads. There is LED colored lighting throughout the project. There is a 300 square foot zero depth beach entry into the pool with agitator jets to keep the water moving. There is also a sunshelf within the pool. The lazy river wraps around the sunken island, and the current in the lazy river is propelled by a commercial waterpark quality pumping system. The sunken island has lighting, a fire pit, and a bridge connecting it to the decking area. There is an infinity edge on one edge of the pool. The pool also has an in-floor cleaning system to keep it clean and sanitary. The swimming pool also has the ability to change colors at night utilizing the amazing LED lighting system. The pool and spa exposed aggregate finish is French Gray color. The slide that cascades down the grotto is custom built. The waterfall grotto also provide a thrilling jump off point into the deepest part of the pool. This amazing backyard was designed and built for a home in Bull Valley Illinois.

Several beautiful features make this jacuzzi spa and swimming pool inviting for family and guests. The spa cantilevers over the pool . There is a four foot infinity edge water feature pouring into the pool. A lazy river water feature made out of moss boulders also falls over the pool's edge adding a pleasant, natural running water sound to the surroundings. The pool deck is exposed aggregate. Seat bench walls and the exterior of the hot tub made of moss rock veneer and capped with flagstone. The coping was custom fabricated on site out of flagstone. Retaining walls were installed to border the softscape pictured. We also installed an outdoor kitchen and pergola next to the home. We installed fiber optics and LED lights to illuminate the pool at night. You can choose the color of your liking or from several colors to set the mood of the event you're hosting.

Featured in the 2020 Parade of Homes in Cantera Hills, San Antonio, Tx, this gorgeous modern pool exudes simple elegance with a dramatic flair. The use of glass tiles for the scupper wall, tile line and negative edge spa adds a splendid touch of subtle luxury and richness to the simplistic design. The negative edge spa takes advantage of the beautiful views and skyline.

Surrounded by Indiana Limestone coping, the pool is set off by the concrete paver decking and retaining walls which define the rest area. An ample sunshelf provides tanning inside the pool, and an automatic safety cover with custom stone lid system keeps the kids safe and the pool clean and efficient.
