This contemporary, modern multipurpose kids' room is at Deja View, a Caribbean vacation rental villa in St. John USVI. It provides over 700 sq. ft of entertainment and bunk sleeping for kids and adults. The room stays nice and cool with a dedicated Mitsubishi split AC system. Kids are sure to be entertained with the 75 inch TV and colorful pool table. Seven can sleep comfortable on the five Twin XL and one King beds. Blue led motion sensor lights illuminate every step on the two sets of stairs so kids can safely head to the bathroom at night. The 34' long, 11' tall custom bunks were built in Texas, trucked to Florida and shipped to St. John. This contemporary office space was designed to be fun, fresh, and feminine. Our client wanted a place she could work, think, chat, and enjoy herself. The neutral colored walls, sofa, and chairs allowed for us to dream big and add tons of fun pops of color! Our jumping off point was the hand-stiched rug is made from reclaimed oriental rugs that have been stripped, dyed, and cut and sewn into a new creation!

From the pale patterns found in the wallpaper to the nailhead trim on the chairs, we wanted the space to feel elegant and carefully curated. Complementing the neutral color palette are golden accents which add a touch of glamour and soft lilac hues which bring about a calm and tranquil feel. The goal was to design a space that felt inviting and properly dressed for the occasion, whether that be a formal or casual setting.

The family was looking for a formal yet relaxing entertainment space. We wanted to take advantage of the two-story ceiling height in the dining area, so we suspended a spectacular chandelier above the dining table. We kept a neutral color palette as the background, while using blues, turquoise, and yellows to create excitement and variety. The living room and dining room while standing out on their own, complement each other and create a perfect adult hangout area.

The Project Our client wanted to update an existing fireplace with a new unique design that would be the focal point for a large living space and also add a one-of-a-kind coffee table and side tables to complement the design. We also added coordinating stone tops to a console table and media unit. The Concept We designed a single-material fireplace to create a cohesive look with the rest of the room, and using our signature style of combining multiple materials, we created a unique coffee table top with alternating inlaid Maro Bianco limestone and Bianco polished laminam, and steel and stone side tables.
