Two years in the making this landscape creates a private space filled with formal gardens and ornaments. From the multilevel front entry beds, to the gardens surrounding the lawn, to the stunning rear design, the entire space is incredible. The rear terrace features a pool, outdoor kitchen, 3 levels separated by stone walls and stairs, a distant terrace at the top of a bluff that offers an unobstructed lake view, and pergola that highlights a stone statue. Our St. Pete studio designed this stunning home in a Greek Mediterranean style to create the best of Florida waterfront living. We started with a neutral palette and added pops of bright blue to recreate the hues of the ocean in the interiors. Every room is carefully curated to ensure a smooth flow and feel, including the luxurious bathroom, which evokes a calm, soothing vibe. All the bedrooms are decorated to ensure they blend well with the rest of the home's decor. The large outdoor pool is another beautiful highlight which immediately puts one in a relaxing holiday mood!

In this formerly unfinished room above a garage, we were tasked with creating the ultimate kids’ space that could easily be used for adult guests as well. Our space was limited, but our client’s imagination wasn’t! Bold, fun, summertime colors, layers of pattern, and a strong emphasis on architectural details make for great vignettes at every turn.
With many collaborations and revisions, we created a space that sleeps 8, offers a game/project table, a cozy reading space, and a full bathroom. The game table and banquette, bathroom vanity, locker wall, and unique bunks were custom designed by Bayberry Cottage and all allow for tons of clever storage spaces.
This is a space created for loved ones and a lifetime of memories of a fabulous lakefront vacation home!

the design offers generous, flowing open spaces on the main level, which overlooks a small courtyard. The site’s woodland characteristics inspired the use of exterior stone. Accoya, a fast-growing softwood that is impervious to decay in the Houston humidity, was used for siding. The combination of the site strategy, program and aesthetic direction respond to the site’s challenges to create an elegant solution.
