An elegant country estate of large scale rooms blending into one another enlivens this family home. Custom wood paneling, and custom designed lighting features create dramatic effects which enhance the layers of luminous fabrics and luxurious silk rugs on rustic oak floors.
Exposed beams and trusses in the gourmet chefs kitchen and family room create height, scale and balance. A custom designed hood over the range mirrors the custom designed plastered fireplace in the kitchen adding to the sense of scale and balance in this wonderful home.

When a potential customer takes that first glimpse at a storefront, an initial impression is being formed and expectations are being set. Our work brings the added value that businesses require in order to showcase their products and increase their sales. The striking designs, that we are known for, are specifically created not only to be aesthetically pleasing, but to lure shoppers into your place of business.
Many individual business owners are unaware of the fact that creating the design that a potential customer sees from the street is an exact science when displaying products and constructing an eye catching visual presentation. We also understand that each business that we work with is unique when it comes to the way potential customers perceive that store. If a storefronts appearance is not constructed correctly, a potential customer may immediately dismiss that particular store as “unprofessional” or worse, they might not even register the presence of that store at all when it just blends into the background!
This is the main reason why we pride ourselves so highly on the work that we do for our clients. The professionals at our company understand the complex guidelines that dictate what attracts buyers with a perfect visual approach to a particular design. But, of course, the quality will also need to be superior so that fading and overall deterioration of that design will not become a detriment to the goals of a business owner. This is why we utilize only the best materials and exact construction standards that will allow a store owner’s exterior presentation to be visually pleasing to the eye for years to come.
Whether you need our assistance just to keep your store front from closing improperly or more extensive construction, we’re here to help you with all your business needs when it comes to the visual perception of your store.

The bones of this 1908 Glen Park home had been compromised by years and years of awkward remodels. The front door led directly to the private bedroom level, while the public gathering spaces were one-level down, with the main staircase nearly dropping you into the existing kitchen. Potentially spectacular views of an existing mature redwood tree and broad city views beyond were entirely ignored and inaccessible.
We first unraveled the knot of the plan with a new split-level entryway and connecting stair. We then opened up the rear of the home to the views, using the huge backyard conifer as design inspiration for a perforated steel guardrail connecting the new interior and exterior space seamlessly. A lower expansion connects the home to the yard and alleyway garage entry.
The Pinales House is indicative of the scale of remodel many young families can consider; a scale at which strategic design choices are key to discovering the unrealized potential of the home and site.

A bright, vibrant, rustic, and minimalist interior is showcased throughout this one-of-a-kind 3D home. We opted for reds, oranges, bold patterns, natural textiles, and ample greenery throughout. The goal was to represent the energetic and rustic tones of El Salvador, since that is where the first village will be printed. We love the way the design turned out as well as how we were able to utilize the style, color palette, and materials of the El Salvadoran region!
