Cape Cod; Dennis, MA This Cape Cod space embodies coastal living with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. A prominent feature is the built-in window seat with Serena and Lilly pillows, which offers a sunny and comfortable spot to relax and read. The window seat is framed by built-in bookshelves, providing both a classic aesthetic and practical storage for books and decorative items. Warm, natural light floods the area through the large windows, enhancing the serene and open feel of the space.

To accommodate the client's request for a designated storage space for her large dinner plates, we installed a custom roll-out storage solution. This unique feature was thoughtfully designed to be both practical and aesthetically pleasing, providing an elegant means to showcase her exquisite collection.

This creative transitional space was transformed from a very dated layout that did not function well for our homeowners - who enjoy cooking for both their family and friends. They found themselves cooking on a 30" by 36" tiny island in an area that had much more potential. A completely new floor plan was in order. An unnecessary hallway was removed to create additional space and a new traffic pattern. New doorways were created for access from the garage and to the laundry. Just a couple of highlights in this all Thermador appliance professional kitchen are the 10 ft island with two dishwashers (also note the heated tile area on the functional side of the island), double floor to ceiling pull-out pantries flanking the refrigerator, stylish soffited area at the range complete with burnished steel, niches and shelving for storage. This spacious kitchen in Westchester County is flooded with light from huge windows on 3 sides of the kitchen plus two skylights in the vaulted ceiling. The dated kitchen was gutted and reconfigured to accommodate this large kitchen with crisp white cabinets and walls. Ship lap paneling on both walls and ceiling lends a casual-modern charm while stainless steel toe kicks, walnut accents and Pietra Cardosa limestone bring both cool and warm tones to this clean aesthetic.
