For the past several years, Buffum Homes has proudly featured Parade Homes within our own developments, and each year they have been a tremendous success. The Spring 2026 Parade of Homes was no exception. This year, we showcased our Sydney floor plan, one of Buffum Homes’ most popular 1.5-story home designs. This Paradise Valley Estate started as we master planned the entire estate to accommodate this beautifully designed and detailed home to capture a simple Andalusian inspired Mediterranean design aesthetic, designing spectacular views from each room not only to Camelback Mountain, but of the lush desert gardens that surround the entire property. We collaborated with Tamm Marlowe design and Lynne Beyer design for interiors and Wendy LeSeuer for Landscape design.

As you step inside, an open floor plan incorporates the grand living room, dining room and kitchen all together as one open space. A wood-burning fireplace, large kitchen island, powder room and the guest suite with its private bath, are just some of the features that make the main floor both comfortable and practical for family living. The master suite includes a beautiful glass enclosed shower, a free-standing tub, and expansive walk-in closet. As you transition up the spacious u-shaped staircase, the second floor reveals a sitting area and two additional bedrooms along with two full baths. Design: Jules Duffy Design; This kitchen was gutted to the studs and renovated TWICE after 2 burst pipe events! It's finally complete! With windows and doors on 3 sides, the kitchen is flooded with amazing light and beautiful breezes. The finishes were selected from a driftwood palate as a nod to the beach one block away, The limestone floor (beyond practical) dares all to find the sand traveling in on kids' feet.
